Pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu vecāku izglītošana par elpceļu saslimšanām un profilaksi ģimenes ārstu praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu vecāku izglītošana par elpceļu saslimšanām un profilaksi ģimenes ārstu praksē” aplūkota nozīmīga sabiedrības tēma par elpceļu slimības izplatību un profilaksi, aktīvi iesaistot vecākus. Viens no pirmajiem informācijas avotiem vecākiem ir ārstniecības persona, tādēļ darba autores mērķis ir noskaidrot pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu vecāku izglītošanu par elpceļu saslimšanām un to profilaksi ģimenes ārstu praksē. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra par bērnu veselību, māsu lomu bērnu vecāku izglītošanā, kā arī V.Hendersones pamatvajadzību teoriju. Pētījumā izmantots kvalitatīvs pētījums ar desmit māsu intervijām, kuras strādā ģimenes ārstu praksē. Rezultāti parāda, ka vecāku izglītošana notiek mutiski. Ir konstatēts metodisko materiālu trūkums. Māsu pieredze būtiski ietekmē vecāku izglītošanas kvalitāti. Māsas uzsvēra, ka nepieciešams uzlabot resursu pieejamu, kā digitālie resursi un bukleti, kā arī iespējām vecākiem izmantot praktiskās interaktīvas apmācības iespējas. Darba noslēgumā izdarīti secinājumi un sniegtas rekomendācijas māsām un ārstniecības iestādēm vecāku izglītošana uzlabošanā. Ir nozīmīgi veicināt sadarbības iespējas starp medicīnas un izglītības jomām.

A very significant theme for the society is analyzed in the Bachelor’s paper “Education parents of primary school age children about respiratory illnesses and their prevention in the family doctor`s practice”. This theme is about the dissemination of respiratory illnesses and their possible prevention in the process of care by actively involving parents. One of the information sources for parents is a medical person, that is why the aim of the present research is to analyze the level of education of parents of primary school age children about respiratory illnesses and their prevention in the family doctor`s practice by interviewing nurses. The theoretical literature on the given problem-children health, the role of nurses in the children parents` education, as well as the Theory of the basic needs by Henderson- was analyzed in the theoretical part of the research. The qualitative method with the interviews of ten nurses working in the family doctor`s practice was used in the given research. The results of the research show that parents are educated orally. It was stated the lack of the methodical material. The nurses` experience influences the quality of parents` education significantly. Nurses stress that it is necessary to improve the accessibility of educational resources, such as digital materials and booklets, as well as the possibility for parents to use practical interactive educational methods. Conclusions were worked out at the end of the research and recommendations were given for nurses and medical establishments for the parents` education improvement. It is very important to develop cooperation possibilities among medicine and education.
