Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tēma ir Sāpju menedžments slimnīcas etapā. Sāpju menedžments slimnīcas etapā ir būtiska pacientu aprūpes sastāvdaļa, kas tieši ietekmē ārstēšanas efektivitāti un pacientu dzīves kvalitāti. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā tiek veikts sāpju menedžments pacientiem stacionārā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot sāpju izvērtēšanas, mazināšanas un dokumentēšanas praksēm. Pētījuma jautājums: kā tiek īstenots sāpju menedžments pacientiem slimnīcā? Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvā pētniecība, izmantojot daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Pētījuma bāze: Rīgas X slimnīcas stacionāra nodaļas. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka efektīvs sāpju menedžments ir atkarīgs no māsu profesionālajām zināšanām, pieejamajiem resursiem, sadarbības ar ārstu komandu un dokumentēšanas paradumiem.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is Pain Management in the Hospital Stage. Pain management in the hospital stage is an essential component of patient care, which directly affects the effectiveness of treatment and the quality of life of patients. The aim of the work is to investigate how pain management is carried out in inpatient settings, paying special attention to pain assessment, reduction and documentation practices. Research question: how is pain management implemented in hospital settings? Research method: qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. Research base: inpatient departments of Riga X Hospital. The results of the study indicate that effective pain management depends on the professional knowledge of nurses, available resources, cooperation with the medical team and documentation habits.
