Abstract

Fluora noteikšanas iespējas ar induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometriju. Grence E., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., prof. Vīksna A. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 46 lappusēm, 20 attēliem, 8 tabulām un 42 literatūras avotiem. Latviešu valodā. Balstoties uz pētījumiem, maģistra darbā veikta induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometrijas metodes optimizācija fluorīdjonu noteikšanai. Darbā apskatītas ne tikai zināmāko BaF+ poliatomu veidošanās tendences, bet arī Ca, Sr un Sr dubultlādiņa jonu poliatomu veidošanās ar fluoru. Veikta zobu pastas parauga analīze un rezultātu salīdzināšana ar F-ISE mērījumiem. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par fluoru un tā savienojumiem, izplatību, ietekmi uz veselību, kā arī analīzes metodēm un ar to saistītajiem sarežģījumiem.

The possibilities of fluorine analysis by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Grence E., scientific supervisor Dr. Chem. Vīksna A., Master’s thesis consists of 46 pages, 20 figures, 8 tables and 42 literature sources. In Latvian. Based on research, the master's thesis has been carried out to optimize the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of fluoride ions. The thesis examines not only the formation trends of the most well-known BaF+ polyatoms, but also the formation of Ca, Sr and Sr doubly charged ion polyatoms with fluorine. A toothpaste sample has been analyzed and the results compared with F-ISE measurements. The literature review summarizes information about fluorine and its compounds, distribution, health effects, as well as analysis methods and related complications.
