Abstract

“Fiziskās un mentālās slodzes ietekme uz operējošā bloka personālu”. Darba autore: Kristīne Šmiukše. Darba vadītājs: asoc. prof., Dr.med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 117 lpp., ietver 37 attēlus, 18 tabulas, 16 pielikumus un 170 informatīvos avotus. Pētījuma pirmajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra par tendencēm veselības aprūpes jomā, darba vides riska faktoriem operāciju zālēs, fiziskās un garīgās slodzes ietekmi un vadlīnijām par darba vides uzlabošanu operāciju zālēs. Literatūras analīze uzrāda augstu fizisko un mentālo darba slodzi, ar darbu saistīto muskuļu un skeleta saistaudu slimību izplatību operējošā bloka personālam. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas objektīvās un subjektīvās pētījuma metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir iegūto rezultātu izklāsts, diskusija. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka fiziskā un mentālā pārslodze pasliktina operējošā bloka personāla darbspējas un palielina ar darbu saistītu muskuļu, skeleta un saistaudu sistēmas slimību risku. Izstrādātas vadlīnijas fiziskās un mentālās slodzes mazināšanai.

The thesis is presented on 117 pages, includes 37 figures, 18 tables, 16 annexes and 170 informative sources. The first part of the study analyses the literature about tendencies in healthcare, risk factors in operating theatres, the impact of physical and mental strain and guidelines for improving the working environment in operating theatres. The literature analysis shows a high physical and mental workload, prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders in operating theatre staff. The second part describes the objective and subjective methods of the study, and the third part presents the results and discussion. The results of the study allow to conclude that physical and mental overload impairs the performance of operating theatre personnel and increases the risk of work-related musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders. Guidelines for reducing physical and mental strain have been developed. Key words: operating theatre, staff, physical strain, mental strain.
