Abstract

“Troksnis darba vidē un tā ietekme uz nodarbinātajiem ortozēšanas un protezēšanas ražošanas darbnīcās”. Darba autors: Kaspars Lejiņš. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: asoc. prof., Dr. chem Ingars Reinholds. Darbs izklāstīts uz 80 lpp., ietver 8 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 1 pielikumus, 62 informatīvu avotu. Pētījums sastāv no četrām daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par darba vides riska faktoriem rehabilitācijas nozarē, kā arī ortozozēšanas un protezēšanas nozarē nodarbinātajiem. Literatūras daļas turpinājumā tiek apskatīta tieši darba vides trokšņa ietekme uz nodarbināto, kā arī darba vides trokšņa līmeņa novērtēšana un mērīšana. Otrajā daļā sniegts pārskats par pētījumā pielietotajām metodēm. Trešajā daļā tiek izklāstīta ortozēšanas un protezēšanas nozarē nodarbināto aptaujas anketas datu apkopošana un darba vides trokšņa indikatīvie mērījumu rezultāti ortozēšanas un protezēšanas ražošanas darbnīcās. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka nodarbinātais ortozēšanas un protezēšanas nozarē ir pakļauts paaugstinātam darba vides trokšņa līmenim, galvenokārt ražošanas darbnīcās izmantoto iekārtu un elektrisko rokas darba rīku rādītā darba vides trokšņa līmeņa dēļ. Ceturtajā daļā izstrādāti profilaktiskie un aizsardzības pasākumi darba vides trokšņa līmeņa mazināšanai ortozēšanas un protezēšanas ražošanas darbnīcā. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma vadībai, nodarbinātajiem un nozares asociācijai. Izmantotās metodes: nodarbināto aptaujas anketa, indikatīvie trokšņa līmeņa mērījumi.

Ingars Reinholds.The thesis is presented over 80 pages and includes 8 figures, 8 tables, 1 appendix, and 62 information sources. The study consists of four main sections. The first section compiles and analyses literature on occupational risk factors in the rehabilitation sector, with a focus on employees in the orthotics and prosthetics field. The literature review further explores the specific impact of workplace noise on employees as well as the methods for assessing and measuring noise levels in the work environment. The second section provides an overview of the methods applied in the research. The third section presents the collected survey data from employees in the orthotics and prosthetics sector and reports on the indicative workplace noise measurements in manufacturing workshops. In the fourth section, preventive and protective measures are developed to reduce occupational noise levels in orthotic and prosthetic production environments. The obtained results allow the conclusion that employees in the orthotics and prosthetics sector are exposed to elevated workplace noise levels, mainly due to the noise generated by production equipment and electric handheld tools. Proposals have been developed for company management, employees, and the industry association. Applied methods: employee survey, indicative noise level measurements.
