Abstract

“Ergonomiskie un psihosociālie riski mehanizētās slaukšanas operatoru darbā. Preventīvie risinājumi”. Darba autore: Ginta Prindule. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asoc.profesore, Dr.med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 65 lpp, ietver 16 attēlus, 2 pielikumus, informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no četrām daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā veikta literatūras izpēte par ergonomiskajiem un psihosociālajiem riska faktoriem lauksaimniecībā un piena lopkopībā. Otrajā daļā ir izklāstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir apkopoti un izanalizēti iegūtie dati. Pētījuma ceturtā daļa satur izstrādātos preventīvos risinājumus. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka ergonomiskie un psihosociālie riska faktori ietekmē mehanizētās slaukšanas operatoru darbspējas. Izmantotās metodes: Ergonomisko risku ātrās ekspozīcijas kontrole (ĀEK metode), nodarbināto aptauja, Somijas 5 baļļu matrica, Slodzes galveno rādītāju metode, darbspēju indeksa noteikšana.

Ženija Roja. The work is presented on 65 pages, includes 16 images, 2 appendices, informative sources. The study consists of four parts. The first part of the work conducts a literature review on ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors in agriculture and dairy farming. The second part presents the methods used in the research, but most of the data obtained are summarized and analyzed. The fourth part of the study contains the developed preventive solutions. The results of the study show that ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors affect the working capacity of mechanized milking operators. Methods used: Rapid exposure control of ergonomic risks (AEK method), employment survey, Finnish 5-point matrix, Load key indicator method, determination of the work capacity index.
