Starpreliģiju konfliktu specifika Šrilankā un budistu loma to norisē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā autors analizēs un apskatīs budistu darbības Šrilankā, vēstures interpretācijas, izteikumu nozīmi un ietekmi, kā arī faktorus, kas ietekmē starpreliģiju konfliktus šajā dienvidu austrumu Āzijas valstī. Darbā autors izmantos arī savu personisko ceļojuma pieredzi un situācijas izpēti Šrilankā 2024. gada janvārī un dienvidu Indijā 2025. gada februārī. Darba nobeigumā tiks izdarīti secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi situācijas uzlabošanai. Pētījuma galvenais mērķis ir pamatot, ka Šrilankas budistu vēstures interpretācija, budistu personiskais piemērs un izturēšanās, normu un vēstures interpretācija un dažādi citi mūsdienu dzīves faktori tieši ietekmē starpreliģiju konfliktu veidošanos un norisi Šrilankā.

The title of Master's thesis is "The religion conflicts specifics in Sri Lanka and role of buddhist in religion conflicts”. The objective of this master`s thesis is to identify and explore how the Sri Lanka Buddhist history interpretation, behaviour, personal example and other factors related to religion conflict making, development and process in Sri Lanka. The author of the master’s thesis has widely used his own travel experience gained from travel to Sri Lanka at January 2024 and south India travel at February 2025. The master’s thesis contains four chapters. There are descriptions of the religion history of Sri Lanka. The specifics of conflicts between religions in Sri Lanka are explored and described. The possibility of dialogue between religions is explored. The main conclusions are presented at the end of research.
