Aklums Psalmu grāmatā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Aklums Psalmu grāmatā” mērķis ir izpētīt jēdziena “aklums” dažādās semantiskās un metaforiskās nozīmes Psalmu grāmatā. Tas nepieciešams, lai veicinātu dziļāku izpratni par to, ko saprata ar aklumu plašākā nozīmē un kāda bija attieksme pret akliem cilvēkiem. Tas, savukārt, palīdz saprast, ko psalmu teksti vēlas pateikt saviem lasītājiem. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika analizēti senebreju valodas vārdi ar nozīmi “akls”, “aklums”, “būt aklam” un noskaidrota akluma nozīme gan Seno Austrumu, gan Vecās Derības kontekstā. Praktiskajā pētījumā veikta atlasītu psalmu daļēja ekseģēze, lai dziļāk izprastu akluma nozīmi psalmu grāmatā.

The purpose of the Bachelor's thesis “Blindness in the Book of Psalms” is to explore the various semantic and metaphorical meanings of the concept “blindness” in the Book of Psalms. This is necessary to promote a deeper understanding of how blindness was understood in a broader sense and what the attitude towards blind people was. This, in turn, helps to understand what the psalm texts want to say to their readers. To achieve the goal, the Hebrew words with the meaning “blind”, “blindness”, “to be blind” were analyzed and the meaning of blindness in both the Ancient East and the Old Testament context was clarified. The practical study involved a partial exegesis of selected psalms in order to understand the meaning of blindness in the Book of Psalms in a deeper way.
