Budžeta pieņemšana 1. Saeimā (1922.-1925): politisko partiju nostādnes

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Budžeta pieņemšana 1. Saeimā (1922–1925): politisko partiju nostādnes” tiek izpētītas 1. Saeimas (1922 – 1925) partiju nostādnes valsts budžeta sastādīšanas procesā, padziļinātu uzmanību pievēršot partiju nostājām Budžeta komisijas darbībai. Darbā arī tiek aplūkotas 1. Saeimā ievēlēto partiju savstarpējās attiecības un domstarpības, kuras ietekmēja partiju ekonomisko politiku valsts budžeta izstrādē. Kaut gan partijas ieņēma nostāju saistībā ar konkrētu ekonomisko iniciatīvu ieviešanu vai atcelšanu, domstarpības lielākoties izraisīja konkurence un demokrātiskās pieredzes trūkums starp partijām. Neskatoties uz Budžeta komisijas daudzveidīgo sastāvu, pārsvarā tikai politiskās domstarpības sastopamas Saeimas plenārsēdēs.

The Bachelor’s Thesis “Budget approval in the 1st Saeima (1922–1925): political parties’ positions” examines the positions of the parties of the 1st Saeima (1922–1925) in the process of creating the state budget, paying in-depth attention to the positions of the parties in the Budget commission. The thesis also examines the mutual relations and disagreements between parties elected to the 1st Saeima, which influenced the parties' economic policy in the development of the state budget. Although the parties had opinions regarding the introduction or cancellation of specific economic initiatives, the disagreements were mostly caused by competition and the lack of democratic experience. Despite the diverse composition of the Budget commission, mostly only political disagreements are encountered in the plenary sessions of the Saeima.
