Poļu valodas funkcionēšanas sociolingvistiskais aspekts Rīgā.

Abstract

Šis maģistra darbs ir veltīts poļu valodas sociolingvistiskajai situācijai Rīgā un krievu valodas interferences raksturojumam Rīgas poļu minoritātes pārstāvju runā. Lai aprakstītu valodas situāciju, ar anketu palīdzību tika apkopotas Rīgas poļu atbildes, kuru rezultāti vēlāk tika analizēti, izmantojot aprakstošo un kvantitatīvo metodi. Lai atklātu krievu valodas interferences gadījumus, autors veica intervijas, un interferences gadījumi tika analizēti, izmantojot kvalitatīvo metodi. Aptaujas secinājumi liecina par poļu valodas lomas mazināšanos Rīgā un tās šauro sociālo lietderību. Interferences gadījumu analīze secina, ka Rīgas poļu poļu runā nav daudz un izteiktu krievu valodas interferences gadījumu. Šī darba rezultāti sniedz ieguldījumu Rīgas poļu kopienas dzimtās valodas situācijas un krievu valodas ietekmes pazīmju raksturošanā.

This master thesis is devoted to the sociolinguistic situation of the Polish language in Riga and the characterisation of the interferences of Russian language in the Polish speech of the Poles of Riga. With the aim to describe the language situation the responses of the Riga’s Poles were collected with questionnaires, the results of which were later analysed with descriptive and quantitative method. In order to reveal the cases of interference of Russian language the author conducted interviews and the cases of interference were analysed with qualitative method. The conclusion of the poll manifested the diminishing role of Polish language in Riga and its narrow social usefulness. The analysis of the cases of interference conclude that the Polish speech of Riga’s Poles does not feature numerous, nor profound cases of interference of Russian language. The results of this thesis contribute to delineation of the language situation of Polish in Riga and the influence of Russian language on it.
