Darba tēze: Habada mācība ir Kabalas un rabīnistiskā jūdaisma sintēze, saskaņā ar kuru jebkurš cilvēks var pilnveidoties (šajā kontekstā – saplūst ar Dievu) paša izzināšanas ceļā un caur mīlestību pret Dievu.

Darbs sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām, kuras ir sadalītas 20 apakšnodaļas, un no noslēguma daļas ar secinājumiem.

Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota Habad kustības vēsture no tās rašanās laikiem kā Hasidisma kustības līdz mūsdienām. Autore arī mēģina aprakstīt Habada kopienas vēsturi Latvijas teritorijā.

Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti jautājumi par Habada kustības filosofiju: tās priekšstatiem par cilvēku, kosmisko kārtību un cilvēka vietu tajā, ka arī par cilvēka dzīves mērķi un uzdevumiem un dvēseles atbrīvošanu.

Šajā darbā īpaša nozīme tiek pievērsta Habad Ļubavič kustības neparastas filosofijas aprakstam, kā arī kustības vēsturei Latvijas teritorijā.

The thesis: Chabad philosophy is a mixture of Rabbinical Judaism and Kabala, and its main idea is that a person is able to become perfect (in this context – to join and to dissolve in God) by looking deeper into himself and through his love towards God.

The work consists introduction, two main parts: the first one is a historical one, and the second, is dedicated to the philosophy of the religious movement, and of conclusion.

The first part is divided into 12 chapters, that describe the history of Habad since its beginning as Hasidic movement till nowadays. It gives an overview of Hasidism’s ideas and lifestyle, its and Habad leaders and literature. The author also describes the movements history in Latvia.

The second part is divided into 4 major chapters that consist of 17 parts. The first chapter describes Chabad’s teaching about human soul and its personality. The second one tells about the structure of the Universe and also about human place in it. The next part describes human goals and tasks according to Chabad philosophy. And the last chapter talks about the redemption.

The main stress in this work is the unusual philosophy of the religious movement and its history in Latvia.
