Kauns un negods latviešu tautas dziesmās

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Kauns un negods latviešu tautasdziesmās”, pimkārt, ir apskatīta jēdzienu kauns un negods etimoloģija un semantika. Otrkārt, lielāka darba daļa ir veltīta noteiktai tematikai, kas saistīta ar latviešu dzīves analīzi morāles normu kontekstā. Detalizētāk tiek raksturotas agrākos laikos pastāvošās un tautasdziesmās atspoguļotās morāles normas, analizējot un izvērtējot nozīmīgākos zinātniskās un populārzinātniskās literatūras izdevumus. Darbā ir pētītas agrāko laiku morāles normas un uzskati, tos sasaistot ar latviešu ģimenes dzīvi. Tiek pētītas arī latviešu sociālo apstākļu ietekmē radušās morāles normas, kā arī pieklājības normas, valodas un dziedāšanas nozīme un kaitīgie ieradumi kauna un negoda aspektā. Īpaša nozīme tiek pievērsta meitas un puiša un arī precēto cilvēku attiecībām morāles normu kontekstā.

The Bachelor thesis „ Shame and Disgrace in Latvian Folk Songs”, firstly reviews the ethimology and etymology and semantics of the terms ‘shame’ and ‘disgrace’. Secondly, a major part of the research is devoted to the certain issue of Latvian life analysis in the context of morality norms. The morality norms presented in folk songs and observed in past are characterized in detail, analysing and evaluating the main sources of scientific and popular-scientific literature. In this paper, the morality norms and conceptions are researshed, finding connections to the life of a Latvian family. The paper describes also the morality norms, which have developed due to the social issues affecting Latvian, as well as the decency, the meaning of language and singing and bad habits in the aspect of shame and disgrace. Additional attention is paid to the relationship among a maid and a lad or among married couple in context of morality norms.
