Retorikas paņēmieni Georga Manceļa sprediķos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Retorikas paņēmieni Georga Manceļa sprediķos” ietver divdesmit Georga Manceļa (1593 – 1654) sprediķu analīzi, akcentējot retorikas paņēmienus, baroka literatūras iezīmes un saistību ar 17. gadsimta kultūrvēsturi. Retorikai ir ļoti liela nozīme tekstos, kuri galvenokārt uztverami ar dzirdi. 17. gadsimta luterāņu sprediķošanas mācībā retorikai tika pievērsta pastiprināta uzmanība, šīs mācības ieteikumi sastopami arī Manceļa sprediķos. Savukārt baroks ir viens no izplatītākajiem 17. gadsimta Eiropas literatūras virzieniem, kurš raksturīgs krasu pārmaiņu laikiem. Ņemot vērā vēsturisko situāciju Latvijas teritorijā un Eiropā 17. gadsimtā, baroks ietekmējis arī Manceļa sprediķus. Visizplatītākie retorikas paņēmieni Manceļa sprediķos ir dažādi mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļi, kā arī uzrunas un jautājumi. Baroks Manceļa sprediķos izpaužas kā barokam raksturīgo mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļu un pretstatu izmantošana.

The Bachelor’s Paper „Rhetorical Methods in Georgius Mancelius’ Sermons” incorporates the analysis of twenty sermons with the main emphasis on rhetorical methods, features of Baroque literature and the relation to the cultural history of the 17th century. Rhetoric has a great meaning in texts, which mainly are audible. 17th - century Lutheran teaching on preaching focused mainly on rhetoric, these teachings advices can also be traced in Mancelius’ sermons. In addition, Baroque is one of the most widespread schools of European literature during the 17th century. This time is seen as a time of significant changes in the society. Taking into consideration the historical situation in territory of Latvia and Europe during the 17th - century, Baroque has affected Mancelius’ sermons as well. The most popular rhetorical methods in Mancelius’ sermons are diverse artistic means of expression, as well as modes of addresses and questions. Baroque in Mancelius’ sermons is expressed by the usage of artistic means of expression and antithesis that are one of the main characteristics of Baroque.
