Ergonomika Latvijas skolās

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Ergonomika Latvijas skolās”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt aspektus, kas saistīti ar ergonomiski pareizas darba vietas iekārtošanu, lai sniegtu ieskatu par ergonomiku Latvijas skolās. Pētījuma jautājums: Vai Latvijas skolās ar datoru strādā atbilstoši ergonomikas prasībām? Galvenie uzdevumi ir: izpētīt esošās ergonomikas problēmas gan no teorijas, gan prakses viedokļa; izvērtēt no ergonomikas viedokļa Latvijas skolu datorklases un veikt anketēšanu; balstoties uz anketēšanas rezultātiem, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus, lai uzlabotu situāciju. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi un izpildītu uzdevumus, tiek pielietotas šadas pētnieciskās metodes: literatūras atlase un izpēte par pētāmo tēmu; dokumentu izpēte un analīze; situācijas novērtēšana; aptauja. Darba nobeigumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi. Veicot pētījumu, tika salīdzināta teorija un prakse Latvijas skolās. Darbs satur 5 galvenās nodaļas. Otrā nodaļa sevī ietver detalizētu pētījumu, kurā ir atspoguļota sitācija, kas saistīta er ergonomiku Latvijas skolās. Kopumā darba apjoms ir 55 lapaspuses, 5 tabulas un 2 attēli, kā arī 4 pielikumi. Galvenā darba ideja ir saprast, kādi elementi un rīcība var palīdzēt radīt labus darba apstākļus, piemēram, bieža atiešana no datora, piemērots ekrāna, krēsla un tastatūras novietojums, pietiekošs apgaismojums un ventilācija, ko arī vajag reāli praktizēt Latvijas skolās!

The theme of this degree paper is “ Ergonomics in Latvian Schools”. The mission if this degree paper is to research aspects which are connected with ergonomically good working place in Latvian schools and to give a view about these schools. The question of the research is: do persons in Latvian schols work correct with their computers? Main goals of this degree paper is to expertise and analyze situation about ergonomics from the theoretical and practical point of view; to find out the situatin and to make a poll in Latvian schools about ergonomics; to make the pros and cons which are based on the poll. Conclusions about the pros and cons and matters to be changed will be given at the end of this degree paper. During the work theory of ergonomics is compared with the practise in Latvian schools. The author has used following information source during the preperation of this degree paper – special literature, working papers, the results of polls. Degree paper contains 5 main chapters. The second chapter contains detailed research with figures and charts. Total number of pages is 55. There are 5 tables and charts, 2 figures and 4 appendixes as well. The main idea of this degree paper is to understand what elements and practices can help create a good working environment, for example, frequent breaks away from the computer, appropriate positioning of screens, chairs and keyboards, provision of adequate lighting and ventilation and to do it in Latvian schools!
