Based on this assumption, the author has set the goal to find out if there is a connection between "white" and "blue–collar" employees’ self–efficacy and job satisfaction and find out if there is differences in connection of self–efficacy and job satisfaction, depending on they are "white" or "blue collar" employees. Data were collected using two questionnaires– job self–efficacy scale and Spektor job satisfaction survey (Job Satisfaction Survery. (Α = 0.91). The study included 90 respondents. The obtained results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference between "white" and "blue collar" work teams self–efficacy scale– „white collar "workers in their workplaces feel more self–efficacy than" blue collar "workers. Also was found that the "white collar" workers, as opposed to "blue collar" workers, there is a relationship between the self-efficacy and job satisfaction.
