Pusaudžu konflikti patversmē un sociālpedagoģiskā darbība to mazināšanā.

Abstract

Darbs izpildīts uz 69 lappusēm, tajā ir 15 attēli, 3 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Pētījuma mērķis: - Noskaidrot pusaudžu konfliktu cēloņus un to mazināšanas iespējas un izskatīt sociālpedagoģisko darbību konkrētu konfliktu situāciju risināšana. Teorētiskajā daļā, atsaucoties uz tādiem autoriem kā N.Grišins, V.Ratņikovs, V.Ņikitina u.c., ir izklāstīts konflikta jēdziens, struktūra, dinamika, parādīti tā tipi un stili, kā arī nepieciešamība nepieļaut un novērst konfliktsituācijas. Ņemot palīgā A.Prihožana, R.Ņemova u.c. autoru pētījumus, ir atklātas pusaudžu vecuma raksturojuma īpatnības – īpatnības, kas ir raksturīgas arī šī vecuma bērniem no patversmes. Darbā sniegti piemēri no personīgās pieredzes un dotas rekomendācijas konfliktsituāciju mazināšanai patversmē sociālā pedagoga darbā.

Praktiskajā daļā tiek pētīta jaunākā pusaudžu vecuma bērnu grupa 8 cilvēku sastāvā, lai noskaidrotu konfliktivitāti un augsta līmeņa agresivitāti ar testēšanas metodi. Šī pati metode atkārtoti ir pielietota pēc gada un aplūkotas radušās izmaiņas, kā arī izdarīti secinājumi paar minēto pētījumu, sniegtas rekomendācijas sociālā pedagoga darbam konfliktivitātes samazināšanai. Parādītas minēto bērnu konkrētas konfliktsituācijas un sniegtas rekomendācijas sociālajam pedagogam darbam komandā ar psihologu, audzinātāju un pedagogu. Konfliktivitātes izpēte palīdz sociālajam pedagogam atrast pareizo ceļu sarežģīto konfliktsituāciju risināšanai darbā ar bērniem, viņu vecākiem, kā arī ar nelabvēlīgajām ģimenēm. Bez tam, minētās problēmas izpēte palīdz arī pašam sociālajam pedagogam atbrīvoties no negatīvisma, kontaktējoties ar dažāda sociālā statusa un dzīves veida cilvēkiem.

Research purpose: - to find out reasons of juvenile conflicts and find the ways of its diminishing, to consider the specific situations of juvenile conflicts and help children to solve a problem in the work of social teacher. In the theoretical part referred on the such authors as N.Grishin, V.Ratnikov, V.Nikitina and other there are exposed concept, structure, dynamics of conflict, displayed its types and styles, and also necessity of prevention and permission of conflict situations. Using the research results of A.Prikhozhan, R.Nemova and other authors, there are exposed the characterization individualities of teenagers - features that are also typical for orphanage children of this age. In the diploma work examples from the personal experience are shown and recommendation on diminishing of conflict situations in orphanage in the work of social teacher are given. In the practical part the group of children of junior teenagers consisting of 8 persons is explored to clarify conflictivity and high level of aggression by a testing method. The same method is repeatedly applied in a year and arisen changes are considered. There are drown conclusions on this research, and given recommendation for work of social teacher in diminishing of conflicts. The specific conflict situations of the mentioned children are displayed and of recommendations for work of social teacher in a team with a psychologist, educator and teacher are given. The research of conflictivity helps a social teacher to find the correct ways of solving of difficult situations in activities with children, their parents and with unfavourable families. In addition, the study of above mentioned problem helps also a social teacher to get free of negativism during the contact with the people of different social status and way of life.
