Dusmu pašnovērtējuma atšķirības nesmēķētājiem un smēķētājiem ar dažādu nikotīna atkarības pakāpi.

Abstract

Rezumējums. Pētījuma mērķis šajā darbā ir noskaidrot vai pastāv atšķirības dusmu stāvokļa, dusmu iezīmju un dusmu izpausmju pašnovērtējumā nesmēķētājiem, smēķētājiem ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību un smēķētājiem ar smagu nikotīna atkarību? Pētījumā piedalījās 85 dalībniekiem (45,9 % vīrieši un 54,1 % sievietes) vecumā no 19 līdz 57 gadiem, kas sadalīti trīs grupās pēc nikotīna atkarības smaguma pakāpes. Pētījuma dalībnieku sastāvs pa grupām ir šāds – 1.grupa 32 nesmēķētāji (17 sievietes un 15 vīrieši) vidējais vecums šajā grupā ir 31,84 (SD=8,69); 2.grupa 41 smēķētājs ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību (25 sievietes un 16 vīrieši) vidējais vecums šajā grupā 35,44 (SD=7,61); 3.grupa 12 smēķētāji ar smagu nikotīna atkarību (4 sievietes un 8 vīrieši) vidējais vecums šajā grupā ir 36,42 (SD=10,0). Pielietotās metodes ir E.Fagerstroma (Fagerstrom) tests nikotīna atkarības noteikšanai („Rating Scales in Mental Helth” (2001); E.Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND)) un Dusmu Pašnovērtējuma aptauja (Spielberger C.D. „Self- Rating Questionnaire; The State Trait Anger Expression Inventory” (I.Bremane, 2005). Dusmu reakcijas skalā statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības tika konstatētas starp smēķētājiem ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību un smēķētājiem ar smagu nikotīna atkarību, kur smēķētāji ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību ir ar zemāku dusmu pašnovērtējumu nekā smēķētāji ar smagu nikotīna atkarību. Dusmu ārējās kontroles un dusmu apzināšanās iekšēji skalās konstatētas statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp nesmēķētājiem un smēķētājiem ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību, kur nesmēķētāji ir ar zemāku dusmu pašnovērtējumu nekā smēķētāji ar vieglu nikotīna atkarību. Pārējās skalās statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības nav konstatētas

The aim of this paper is to clarify the difference between self assessment of state of anger, anger trait and anger expression of non-smokers, smokers with light nicotine dependence and smokers with heavy nicotine dependence. In this research are involved 85 participants (45.9 % male and 54.1 % female) between ages of 19 and 57, which where separated in three groups on the basis of heaviness of nicotine dependence. The structure of groups: group 1 is 32 non-smokers (15 male and 17 female) with an average age of 31.84 (SD=8.69); group 2 is 41 smokers with light dependence of nicotine (16 male and 25 female) with an average age of 35.44 (SD=7.61); group 3 is 12 smokers with heavy nicotine dependence (8 male and 4 female) with an average age of 36.42 (SD=10.0). The methods used in this paper are „Rating Scales in Mental Health” (2001); E. Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND) and Spielberger C.D. „Self- Rating Questionnaire; The State Trait Anger Expression Inventory” (I.Bremane, 2005). Statistically significant differences were found in the angry reaction subscale between smokers with light nicotine dependence and smokers with heavy nicotine dependence, which means that smokers with light dependence of nicotine had lower results than smokers with heavy nicotine dependence. In anger control-out scale and in anger control-in scale were found statistically significant differences between groups of non-smokers and smokers with light dependence of nicotine and these results suggest that non-smokers had lower results than smokers with light nicotine dependence. In the other scales statistically significant differences were not found.
