Abstract

Tēma: Komandas darbs Slokas pamatskolā sociālpedagoģisku problēmu risināšanā. Autors: Eva Ulpe Maģistra darba vadītāja: docente Astrīda Raževa Mērķis: analizēt izglītības iestādes sociālā pedagoga komandas darba iespējas sociālpedagoģiskā darbā un izvērtēt komandas darbu, Slokas pamatskolā, sociālpedagoģisko problēmu risināšanā. Literatūras un prakses analīze rāda, ka sociālpedagoģisku problēmu risināšana vienmēr ir saistīta ar starpprofesionāļu un starpinstitucionālu komandas sadarbību, tādēļ arī ir ļoti nozīmīgi izveidot komandu, kura darbojas integrēti un koordinēti, lai sasniegtu apzināto mērķi. Sociāli pedagoģiskas problēmas ir traucējumi izglītības ieguves procesā, kas ir nepilnvērtīgu sociālu apstākļu sekas. Sociālpedagoģisku problēmu risināšanā skolā ir svarīgi izveidot starpprofesionāļu komandu, kas ir komanda, kuru veido dažādi skolas darbinieku pārstāvji: sociālais pedagogs, psihologs, skolas mediķis, direktora vietnieki audzināšanas jautājumos un izglītības jautājumos. Komandas izveidošanas mērķis ir izmantot komandas locekļu dažādās spējas un zināšanas, lai klientam piedāvātu viskvalitatīvākos pakalpojumus. Supervīzijas var būt kā viens no komandas darba veicināšanas faktoriem. Supervīzijas mērķis ir sniegt reālu skatu uz institūciju darbu, pieņemt institūciju sniegtos nosacījumus un saprast to nepieciešamību. Supervizors, kas ir cilvēks no malas un nav tieši saistīts ar komandu, spētu sniegt komandai rekomendācijas kā tikt galā ar nesaskaņām un viedokļu sadursmi. Supervīzijas var vienot skolas komandu, kas izveidota sociālpedagoģisku problēmu risināšanai, Slokas pamatskolā 2005/2006 mācību gadā ir 72% riska grupas skolēni, kuriem nepieciešams veltīt papildus uzmanību un sniegt atbalstu un motivēt. Līdz ar to ir liels skaits sociālpedagoģisku problēmu, kuru veiksmīgai un efektīvai risināšanai ir nepieciešams darbs komandā. Komandā darbojoties dažādu profesiju pārstāvjiem skolēnam un viņu ģimenei izstrādājot problēmas risināšanas uzdevumus, tiks aptvertas visas sfēras, kas ģimenē nefunkcionē pilnvērtīgi.

The theme: The Team Work for the Solving the Social- pedagogical problems in Sloka elementary school. The author: Eva Ulpe The head of Master’s work: Astrīda Raževa Aim: to analyse the possibilities of the Social- pedagogical work of the Social pedagogue’s team in educational establishment aud to estimate the team’s work in Sloka elementary school while solving the Social- pedagogical problems. The analysis of literature and practice shows that the solving of Social-pedagogical problems has always been connected with the cooperation of inter- professional and inter-institutional team therefore it is very important to form a team wich is so integrated and coordinated that the marked ai mis reached. Social- pedagogical problems hinders the process of education and are the consequences of defective Social circumstances. For solving the Social- pedagogical problems it is very important to form an inter-professional team wich includes different representatives of the school employees such as a Social pedagogue, psychologist, doctor, head-master’s deputies in upbringing and education, ect. The aim of forming the team is to make use of different skills and knowledges that team members represent so that the client can be offered the most qualitative services. Supervisions can be one of the factors that contributes to the team work. The aim of supervisions is to give a real view on the work of institutions, accept the terms carried out by institutions and understand the necessity of them. The supervisior is a looker-on, not coonected with the team, who could give some recommendations how to deal with disagreements and collisions of views. Supervisions can unite the school-team which is formed for the solving of Social-pedagogical problems. There are 72% pupils of Sloka elementary school in the risk group in 2005/2006. They all need additional attention, support and motivation. That causes a loto f Social- pedagogical problems which can be succesfully and effectively solved only by a team-work. If the team includes members of different professions who can work out solutions for problems connected with the pupil and his family then all the spheres that don’t operate of full value in the femily will be covered.
