Marinas Aleksandrovas pētījumā tiek analizēta skolas direktora darbība skolas vadības kvalitātes nodrošināšanā.
Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā, pamatojoties uz D. Celmas, S. Balodes, S. Ozoliņas pētījumiem un citu autoru atziņām, autore analizē izglītības kvalitātes jēdzienu un raksturo skolas vadības kvalitāti, pedagoģisko sadarbību, skolas vadības komandas darbu un skolas vadības sadarbību ar pedagoģisko kolektīvu.

Šajā sadaļā autore izmanto mūsdienīgas pētniecības metodes: Kronbaha-alfa metodi, Kolmogorova-Smirnova Z-testu un Studenta T-tests metodi.
