Izglītības iestāžu vadītāja darbība skolu vadības kvalitātes nodrošināšanā.

Abstract

Marinas Aleksandrovas pētījumā tiek analizēta skolas direktora darbība skolas vadības kvalitātes nodrošināšanā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā, pamatojoties uz D. Celmas, S. Balodes, S. Ozoliņas pētījumiem un citu autoru atziņām, autore analizē izglītības kvalitātes jēdzienu un raksturo skolas vadības kvalitāti, pedagoģisko sadarbību, skolas vadības komandas darbu un skolas vadības sadarbību ar pedagoģisko kolektīvu. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā autore analizē kā skolas administrācijas un pedagoģiskā personāla sadarbības līmenis ietekmē skolu vadības kvalitātes nodrošināšanu Rīgas A, B un C vidusskolās. Šajā sadaļā autore izmanto mūsdienīgas pētniecības metodes: Kronbaha-alfa metodi, Kolmogorova-Smirnova Z-testu un Studenta T-tests metodi. Izstrādātais pētījums noderēs izglītības vadības virziena studentiem un skolas darbiniekiem.

In Marina Aleksandrova’s research, the headmaster’s action in quality assurance of school management is being analysed. In the theoretical part of this research, based on the research of D. Celma, S. Balode, S. Ozolina and work of other authors, the author analyses the notion of education quality and characterizes school management quality, pedagogical collaboration, school management team work and school management collaboration with pedagogical staff. In the empirical part of this research, the author analyses how collaboration level of school administration and pedagogical staff effects quality assurance of school management in Rigas A, B and C secondary schools. In this part, the author applies up-to-date research methods: method of Cronbach's Alpha, the test of Z. Kolmorogov-Smirnov and the T-test of Student. This theoretical and empirical research will be useful for education management students and school staff.
