Latviešu folkloras materiāli kā viens no 2.klses ētiskās audzināšanas komponentiem.

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izveidot un pārbaudīt praksē mācību materiālus ar folkloras elementu izmantojumu, kas paredzēti latviešu valodas mācīšanai 2. klasei. Folklora ir viens no latviskās identitātes un vērtību nesējiem, tāpēc tā izmantošana mācību procesā ir ļoti nozīmīga. Mācību materiāla izveide ir balstīta uz pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās literatūras izpēti, galvenokārt pētot jautājumus par vecumposmu pedagoģiju un vērtībām kā ētisku kategoriju. Pēc materiālu izpētes var secināt, ka tieši jaunākā skolas vecumposms ir vislabvēlīgākais vērtību veidošanai, arī tādu folkloras elementu kā sakāmvārdi izpratnei un apguvei. Folkloras materiāli palīdz skolēniem ne tikai labāk un interesantāk apgūt mācību vielu, bet arī palīdz veidot latvisko identitāti. Izveidotie mācību materiāli tika aprobēti Kaibalas pamatskolas 2. klasē, kur mācās divpadsmit 8 – 9 gadus veci skolēni. Skolēni labprāt strādāja ar jaunajām darba lapām, tās palīdzēja viņiem ne tikai apgūt jauno gramatikas vielu un mācību tematu, bet arī labāk izprast sevi, gūt pozitīvu priekšstatu par ētiskām vērtībām, rādīt pozitīvu piemēru. Skolēni spēja veiksmīgi izpildīt 90 % no darba lapās ietvertajiem uzdevumiem, neveiksmes bija saistītas pārsvarā ar individuālu skolēnu attīstības vai mācību vielas apguves problēmām.

The paper „Use of Folklore as Concept of Moral Values in Teaching Latvian to Class 2. Children” claims that folklore materials should be used more in teaching process. That is why the author of the work has created worksheets for teaching Latvian through the use of proverbs. The idea is based on research in pedagogy and psychology, and the conclusion that the best time to start introducing children to moral values which can be found in folklore is at the elementary school level. Using folklore materials in teaching Latvian not only gives the teacher additional material to work with but can also help in building national identity for children. The worksheets which have been created as a result of this research have been tested at Kaibalas primary school during the work with class 2 children (8 – 9 years old). It was proven, that children find working with folklore materials amusing and it helps to build their self esteem, sense of identity and understanding of what it means to be a Latvian. Also it makes it easier for the teacher to teach grammar and thematic materials with the help of these interesting and education materials. Children were able to accomplish 90 % of exercises given in these work sheets. The failures were mostly connected with individual learning difficulties.
