Radošas personības pieredze kā nepārtrauktas mācīšanās nosacījums

Abstract

Šis maģistra darbs ir veltīts radošas personības pieredzes kā nepārtrauktas mācīšanās nosacījuma izpētei. Pieredze vienmēr bija/ir/kļūs personiska problēma, kuru cilvēks saņem/veido/risina individuāli. Apzinot vēstures gaitā uzkrāto pieredzes izpratni, analizējot pieredzes veidus, pozitīvos un negatīvos aspektus, kā arī mijiedarbību ar zināšanām, iespējams saprast pieredzes lomu personības struktūrā. Pieredzes un radošā procesa brīvības robežu nosaka personiskie vērtību kritēriji, kā arī pretrunu apzināšanās. Spēju radoši izmantot savu pieredzi un zināšanas nav iespējams iemācīties, taču var pilnveidot radošā mācību procesā un tai ir liela nozīme mācīšanās nepārtrauktības nodrošināšanai. Maģistra darba pētījums apstiprināja mācīšanās kā pieredzes veidotas darbības un radoša procesa perspektīvas.

The given Master’s Paper is dedicated to the research on the experience of a creative personality as a condition for continuous learning. The experience has always been/ is/ and will be a personal issue, which is received/created/solved individually. Gathering information on the understanding of experience accumulated in the course of history, analysing the types of experience and its positive and negative aspects, as well as its correlation with knowledge, enables the understanding of the role of experience in the structure of personality and rely on the ensurance of the growth of personality. The limits of experience and the freedom of the process of creativity are determined by the personal criteria of value, and the awareness of contradictions. The ability to use one’s own experience cannot be learned, however it can be developed during the creative study process and it is of a great importance to ensure the continuity of the studying process. The research work included in this Master’s Paper confirmed the prospects of the experience as a developed activity and those of the creative process.
