Pavāra profesijas apguves pilnveide Ozolu arodvidusskolā atbilstoši profesijas standartam

Abstract

Darba mērķis – izzināt pavāra profesijas apguves procesu Ozolu arodvidusskolā un veikt tā pilnveidi atbilstoši profesijas standartam. Diplomdarba izstrādē pielietotās pētniecības metodes – literatūras avota analīze, dokumentu analīze, anketēšana, novērošana, modelēšana un eksperta atzinuma metode. Darbā risinātas aktuālas profesionālās izglītības sfēras problēmas, jo vērojumi arodvidusskolas praksē rāda, ka izglītības programma “Ēdināšanas serviss” un iegūstamā kvalifikācija pavārs ir ļoti pieprasīta darba tirgū, bet audzēkņiem šīs profesijas laba apguve rada grūtības, jo daļa audzēkņu uz arodvidusskolu nāk ar zemiem vērtējumiem, tādēļ skolotājiem jāpieliek daudzkārt lielākas pūles profesijas apguvē. Darba sākumā autore raksturo arodizglītības sistēmu Latvijā, mācību darba organizāciju arodvidusskolā, tad apskata pavāra profesijas apguves specifiskās iezīmes un izpēta pavāra profesijas apguves procesu Ozolu arodvidusskolā. Autore izveidoja programmu pavāraprofesijas pilnveidei. Tās novērtējumu dod eksperti. Ozolu arodvidusskolas kolektīva galvenais uzdevums ir sagatavot speciālistus, konkurētspējīgus darba tirgū. Mācības un praktiskā apmācība tiek virzītas tā, lai varētu izpildīt pilnībā mācību procesu. Autore ir izvērtējusi skolotāja un audzēkņa savstarpējo sadarbību, jo tādējādi tiek izvirzīti vienoti mērķi, pilnveidots mācību process, izvēlēti nepieciešamie paņēmieni un analizēts rezultāts. Lai pilnveidotu pavāra profesijas apguves procesu Ozolu arodvidusskolā atbilstoši profesijas standartam ir nepieciešams veikt audzēkņu izpēti, nostiprināt motivāciju profesionālās apguves jomā, organizēt sadarbību ar vecākiem, sociālajiem darbiniekiem dzīves vietā. Regulāri sadarboties ar kvalifikācijas prakšu vietām. Skolotājiem apgūt jaunākāsinformācijas tehnoloģijas pielietošanu mācību procesā. Veidot sadarbību ar uzņēmumiem.

The aim of the paper – to investigate the process of acquiring the profession of a cook at Ozoli Vocational Secondary School and improve it according to the requirements of the professional standard. The methods of investigation in the course of the development of diploma paper were the following – the analysis of literature sources, the analysis of papers, questionnairing, observation, modelling and the method of expert’s conclusion. The paper deals with the most urgent problems of the professional education and, according to the experience, the educational programme “Food service” is quite popular and there is a great demand for the qualified cooks in the labour market, though the process of acquiring the profession on a high level causes much difficulty for the students because a great part of them enter the vocational school with a low level of knowledge. Therefore the teachers have to work harder and make every effort to help the students in the learning and teaching process. At first the author of the paper describes the educational system in Latvia, the organization of the teaching process at the vocational school, as well as the specific features in acquiring the profession of a cook and investigates the process of acquiring the profession at Ozoli Vocational Secondary School. The author has worked out the programme of how to improve the process of acquiring the profession and the experts give its estimation. The main task of the staff of Ozoli Vocational Secondary School is to prepare specialists ready to compete in the labour market. Teaching process and practical training are directed at fulfilling the tasks of the curriculum completely. The author also states the importance of the cooperation between a teacher and a student, as it promotes the achievement of the common tasks and the improvement of the teaching process. Furthermore, the most efficient methods are chosen and the result is being analysed. To improve the process of acquiring the profession it is necessary to carry out research into students’ personalities, to strengthen their motivation in acquiring the profession, to cooperate with their parents and social workers of the local communities. It is also essential to keep in contact with the officials of the training institutions.
