Integratīvās terapijas efektivitāte saistībā ar trauksmes simptomu mazināšanu īslaicīgā stacionārā ārstēšanā

Pētījums tika veikts ar mērķi noskaidrot mākslas terapijas efektivitāti integratīvās terapijas ietvaros saistībā ar trauksmes simptomu mazināšanu īslaicīgā stacionārā ārstēšanā. Pētījuma grupa: stacionāra pacienti ar trauksmes simptomiem un traucējumiem, vidējais vecums 40 gadi. Izmantotās metodes A.S.Zigmonda un R.P.Sneita Slimnīcas trauksmes un depresijas skala (HADS) un C.D.Spilbergera Trauksmes stāvokļa – iezīmes pašnovērtējuma anketa (STAI).
Rezultāti: pastāv statistiski nozīmīga trauksmes simptomu atšķirība pirms un pēc terapijas kursa. Pēc ārstēšanas kursa statistiski nozīmīga sakarība starp STAI T-stāvokļa un HADS trauksmes apakšskalu rādītājiem. Trauksmes simptomu un izmaiņu izpausme mākslas terapijas laikā radītajos darbos caur izmantotajiem materiāliem un krāsām. Terapeitisks vienlīdz izrādījās pats process.

Research group: in – patients with anxiety symptoms and disturbances, with the average age – 40 years. The used methods Hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) developed by A.S.Zigmonds and R.P.Sneita, C.D.Spilbergs State Trate Anxiety Inventory (STAI).
Reaults: there is a statistically important difference of anxiety symptoms before and after the integative therapy course. After the received treatment course, statistically important indicator between STAT T-traits and HADS anxiety sub-scale indicator. Anxiety symptoms and changes were clarified in the works made during the ART therapy through the used materials and colours. The process shown out to be equally therapeutical.
