Vadītāja loma efektīvas komandas izveidošanā pirmskolas izglītības iestādē.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Vadītāja loma efektīvas komandas izveidošanā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir teorētiski pamatot, noskaidrot un izpētīt vadītāja lomu efektīvas komandas izveidošanā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Maģistra darbu veido teorētiski pētnieciskā daļa un praktiski pētnieciskā daļa. Saskaņā ar maģistra darba mērķi pētījumā tika izvirzīta un ar teorētiski pētniecisko un praktiski pētniecisko darbību pierādīta hipotēze – vadītājs veicina efektīvas komandas izveidošanos pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Līdz ar to, maģistra darba mērķi un uzdevumi tika sasniegti, kā arī tika pierādīta maģistra darba sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze. The topic of the Masters work is The Role of Director in Creation of an Effective Team in the Primary School. The aim of the given Masters work is to research secondary literature and personal experience, theoretically support, clarify and affirm the effectiveness of director in creation of an effective team in the Primary school. According to the aim of the Masters work the following hypothesis for the research was developed - the director facilitates the creation of an effective team in the Primary School. Based on the data acquired in the research the conclusions were drawn and the recommendations made. The aims and tasks of the Masters work were reached and the hypothesis proved to be true.
