Mūsdienu tendences pieaugušo tālākizglītībā Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts par aktuālu tēmu – mūsdienu tendences pieaugušo tālākizglītībā Latvijā. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot un izzināt gan ar literatūras analīzes, gan ar citu pētniecības metožu palīdzību, kādas ir galvenās tendences tālākizglītībā mūsdienās, kādas un vai ir vajadzības sabiedrībā pēc tālākizglītības. Lai noskaidrotu pēc iespējas detalizētāku informāciju par konkrēto tēmu, bakalaura darbā tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi, ar kuru palīdzību tika veikts pētījums. Par bakalaura darba galvenajiem uzdevumiem tika izvirzīti: 1. Apzināt un analizēt pedagoģisko un psiholoģisko literatūru par Latvijas izglītības sistēmu un pieaugušo izglītības pamatnosacījumiem, tai skaitā: par tālākizglītības teoriju un praksi, par pieaugušo tālākizglītības tendencēm Latvijā, aplūkot tālākizglītību Eiropas Savienības kontekstā. 2. Izzināt un atspoguļot pamatnosacījumus pieaugušo motivācijai izglītībā, analizēt literatūrā konkrētā vecumposma īpatnības. 3. Anketēt mērķa grupu, lai noskaidrotu galvenās tendences pieaugušo tālākizglītībā (pieaugušo motivācija tālākizglītībai, informētība, aktualitāte, vajadzības). 4. Intervēt darba devējus par tālākizglītības tendencēm mūsdienās. 5. Apkopot iegūtos aptaujas datus un atspoguļot tos diagrammās. 6. Atspoguļot intervijās iegūto informāciju, analizēt un prezentēt iegūtos datus. Darba gaitā tika aplūkoti, analizēti un salīdzināti dažādi zinātniskās literatūras avoti, kā arī interneta resursos pieejamā informācija par bakalaura darba aktuālo tēmu. Veiktā pētījuma ietvaros tika izmantotas gan kvantitatīvās, gan kvalitatīvās izpētes metodes. Kvantitatīvās metodes pielietotas, veicot Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptauju. Kvalitatīvās metodes izmantotas, veicot 2 darba devēju intervijas, kā arī literatūras, zinātnisko rakstu un normatīvo dokumentu analīzi. Darba noslēgumā ir atspoguļots visas pētījumā iegūtās informācijas un datu apkopojums un analīze. Bakalaura darbs ir uz 65 lapām, sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta, 4 tabulām, 21 diagrammas un 2 pielikumiem.

The subject of the bachelor’s paper is an actual theme - Modern trends of further education of adults in Latvia. The aim of the work was to explore and clarify, using the analysis of literary sources and other research methods the main recent trends of further education, and level of demand for further education among the society members. In order to get possibly more detailed information on this certain subject, several tasks were included in the bachelor’s work, becoming a basis of the research. The main tasks of the bachelor’s work were the following: 1. To consider and analyze pedagogical and psychological literature about educational system of Latvia and basic principles of adults’ education, including: theory and practice of further education; trends of further education of adults in Latvia, considering the further education within the context of European Union. 2. To investigate and reflect the basic principles of adults’ motivation for further education, to analyze the features of a certain age period provided by literature sources. 3. To perform a survey of the target group in order to ascertain the main trends in the further education of adults (adults’ motivation for further education, information awareness level, actuality, needs). 4. To perform interviews of the employers about the recent trends of further education. 5. To summarize the obtained surveys data and make diagrams of values. 6. To express the information obtained during the interviews, to make an analysis and presentation of received data. During the work development various scientific literary sources were considered, analyzed and compared, as well information available at internet resources about the actual subject of the bachelor’s paper. Within the framework of the research the author used quantitative and qualitative research methods. The quantitative methods were used during the survey performance of Latvian residents. Qualitative methods were used during the interviewing procedure of 2 employers, as well during the analysis of literary sources, scientific papers and legal documents. The conclusion provides a summary and analysis of the information and data obtained during the research. Bachelor’s paper contains 65 pages, includes preface, 4 parts, 7 chapters, a conclusion, list of used literary sources, 4 tables, 21 diagrams and 2 annexes.
