Bakalaura darba pētījums ir veltīts, lai noskaidrotu skolu direktoru nozīmību un lomu humānu un demokrātisku attiecību veidošanā, veicināšanā un attīstībā skolā.
Bakalaura darba izstrādē ir izmantota pedagoģiskās literatūras un vadības teoriju analīze, un vispārizglītojošo skolu skolotāju un skolēnu anketēšana.

The research is aimed to clear up the headmastres’s role and importance to humane and democratic relation developement, facilitation and progression at school.
The research consists of analysis of pedagogical literature and questionnaires of school children and teachers.
