| dc.description.abstract | Pētījuma mērķis: izveidot izdales materiālus ģeogrāfijā speciālo skolu 5. -9. klasēm.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā raksturots speciālo skolu mācību procesu, skolēnu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem psiholoģiskās un personības īpatnības, balstoties uz S. Liepiņas, I. Maslo, Dz. Albrehtas, Laila E. Borna, Nensijas Felipas Ruso atziņām, kā arī pētījumiem par mācību materiālu veidošanas principiem.
Praktiskajā daļā autore veidojusi izdales materiālus ģeogrāfijā speciālo skolu skolēniem, kā arī veikusi speciālo skolu skolotāju aptauju par mācību līdzekļu nodrošinājumu dabaszinību cikla mācību priekšmetos speciālo skolu 5.-9. klasēm. Apkopoti un analizēti aptaujas rezultāti.
Darbs sastāv no 42 lappusēm, 11 tabulām, 2 shēmām, 5 attēliem, 21 pielikuma. Darbā izmantoti 26 literatūras avoti.

| dc.description.abstract | Objective of research is to make handout in geography for forms 5 – 9 in special schools.
Content of the paper: In the theoretical part the auther characterizes the study process in special schools and the pecularities of psychology and personality of mentaly retarted pupils, based on the cognitions of S.Liepiņa, I.Maslo, Dz.Albrehta,
L.E. Born, Nancy Felipe Ruso, and the researches on the principles of modeling teaching materials.
In the practical part the author describes the process of making handouts in geography for the mentaly retarted pupils in forms 5 – 9 .There she also discusses the opinions of special school teachers about providing with teaching materials in sciences for forms 5 – 9 in special schools.The obtained results have been analysed and summarized.
Paper consists of 42pages, 11tables, 2 schemes, 26 sources of literature .
