Tūrisms kā mūža mācīšanās veids.

Abstract

Lai kļūtu par mūsdienu dinamiskās sabiedrības daļu, modernajam cilvēkam nepieciešama intelektuālā un emocionālā attīstība, kas var tikt īstenota caur mūža mācīšanos. Bet, ņemot vērā mūsdienu cilvēka domāšanas veidu un vajadzības, kā arī neprognozējami mainīgo vidi, pastāv nepieciešamība pēc jauniem mācīšanās veidiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai tūrisms var tikt izmantots kā mūža mācīšanās veids un kā tas varētu tikt īstenots. Lai mērķi sasniegtu, tika studēta teorētiskā literatūra un veikts empīriskais pētījums, lai noskaidrotu pašreizējo situāciju un tendences abās jomās. Tika secināts, ka tūrisms var tikt izmantots kā mūža mācīšanās veids, bet, lai tas tiktu īstenots, nepieciešams plānot ceļojumu, veidot to atbilstoši savām vajadzībām un to analizēt. Secinājumiem jāizmanto jaunu mācīšanās pieredžu īstenošanai.

In order to be a part of the dynamic society, modern human has to perform intellectual and emotional development that can be gained with life long learning. But taking into account the modern human way of thinking and needs and unpredictably changing environment, there is a need for new ways of learning. The aim of thesis was to find out if tourism can be used as a kind of life long learning and how it can be done in the most productive way. In order to reach the aim, the author studied theoretical literature and did the research to find out what is the current situation and tendencies in both fields. It was concluded that tourism can be used as a kind of life long learning, but in order to do it in a productive way, tourism experiences have to be planned, tailored to person’s needs and analyzed. Conclusions have to be used for initiation of further learning experiences.
