Vērtībizglītības aspekti ēdināšanas servisa speciālistu sagatavošanas procesā profesionālās izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Vērtībizglītības aspekti ēdināšanas servisa speciālistu sagatavošanas procesā profesionālās izglītības mācību iestādē ”. Bakalaura darba mērķis- izpētīt vērtībizglītības nozīmi un vērtīborientācijas pilnveides iespējas profesionālās izglītības mācību iestādē sagatavojot ēdināšanas servisa speciālistus. Pētījumā īstenoti šādi pamatuzdevumi – analizēt literatūru par pētāmo problēmu, iepazīties ar dažādām koncepcijām par vērtību būtību, izpētīt jauniešu vecumposma iezīmju ietekmi uz vērtīborientācijas veidošanos. Darba praktiskajā daļā pamatota vērtībizglītības nozīme un vērtību izkopšanas iespējas profesionālās izglītības mācību iestādē sagatavojot ēdināšanas servisa speciālistus atbilstoši mainīgajām darba tirgus prasībām. Lai noskaidrotu jauniešu vērtību sistēmu, pētījumam tika izmantotas krievu zinātnieka adaptēts testa modelis, izmantojot M. Rokiča testa bāzi, aptaujas anketa ar mērķi noskaidrot kā jaunieši izprot sabiedrībā notiekošo, kā arī vērtību spēle, kas pēc E. Vesterarda materiāliem izveidota Dānijas Karaliskajā skolotāju izglītošanas institūtā Odensē. Dr. paed. O. Zīds vērtību spēli tulkojis un adaptējis pielietošanai Latvijas skolās. Apkopojot testu un anketu rezultātus tika konstatēts, ka pētāmo jauniešu grupai būtiska ir veselība, ģimene, morālās un materiālās vērtības. Veicot izglītojamo anketēšanu un testēšanu tika secināts, ka profesionālās izglītības mācību iestādē iespējams pilnveidot jauniešu vērtīborientāciju, ja darbā ar audzēkņiem tiek panākta vērtību izpratne un, ja vērtību orientācijas pilnveidē tiek izmantotas pedagoģiskā procesa iespējas. Bachelor's paper The Aspects of Values Education in the Preparation of Catering Specialists in a Vocational Education Establishment. The aim of the bachelor's paper is to study the significance of values education, as well as the enhancement possibilities of values orientation in preparing catering specialists in a vocational education establishment. The following objectives are to be reached: to analyse relevant literature, to study a variety of conceptions of the essence of values, to explore the influence of adolescent development period on the development of values orientation. The significance of values education and the enhancement possibilities of values in preparing catering specialists in a vocational education establishment in order to enable them to work in the chosen profession in compliance with the changing work market demands is argumented in the practical part of the paper. In order to determine the value system of adolescents, a text model adapted by a Russian scientist and based on the text of M.Rokich, a questionnaire designed to detect adolescents' opinion on what takes place in the society, as well as a values game based on the materials by E Westergard and designed in Odense, The Danish University of Education, translated and adapted for the use in Latvia's schools by Dr.paed. O. Zīds were used. Summarizing the text as well as the results of the questionnaire, it was established that the most important values for the participants were health, family as well as moral and material values. As a result of the research it was concluded that values education is of great significance in the process of education in a vocational education establishment. With the help of the questionnaire I concluded that in preparing catering specialists it is possible to enhance the values oriantation in adolescents, provided the adolescents' understanding of values is attained and the possibilities of pedagogical process are used in enhancing values orientation.
