Mūzikas un skaaņu terapija pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem korekcijas darbā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: „Mūzikas un skaņu terapija pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem korekcijas darbā” Maģistra darba autore: Ludmila Oņiščenko Zinātniskā vadītāja: Izgl. zin. mag. Andžela Šteinberga Darba apjoms: 75 lpp., ietver 11 attēlus, 2 tabulas, literatūras saraksts sastāv no 69 avotiem. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem attīstības īpatnības un izstrādāt metodiskos ieteikumus mūzikas terapijas organizēšanai darbā ar bērniem, kuriem ir autiskā spektra traucējumi. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa veltīta mūzikas nozīmei pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu personības attīstībā no teorētiskā viedokļa, balstoties uz tādiem zinātnieku pētījumiem kā B.Flešmans, M.Gorjačeva, O.Peipiņš, I.Suruda, T.Vigrams, G.Dekers – Foigts u.c. Otrā nodaļā analizēta bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem sociālās un emocionālās sfēras attīstības īpatnības, iespējas koriģēt bērnu uzvedības traucējumus ar dažādu mūzikas terapijas metožu un paņēmienu palīdzību. Trešajā nodaļā aprobēti A.Kenermana, E.Krangala, G.Praslovas un T.Titnikovas piedāvātie materiāli, izstrādāta programma darbam ar bērniem, kuriem ir autiskā spektra traucējumi. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāja, ka izmantotās metodikas rezultātā ir ievērojami uzlabojušās bērnu saskarsmes prasmes ar pazīstamiem pieaugušajiem un vienaudžiem, veiksmīgi attīstījusies valodas sapratne un runas izpausmes. Veiktā pētījuma rezultātā apstiprināta hipotēze: „Mūzikas terapijas sistemātiskas izmantošanas rezultātā veiksmīgāk attīstās bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem personība, tai skaitā emocionālā un sociālā sfēra, valoda, kustību koordinācija, uzmanība u.c. psihiskās funkcijas”. The theme of the Master’s Thesis: “Music and sound therapy for preschool children with autistic spectrum disorders in correction work”. The author of the Master Thesis: Ludmila Oņiščenko. Scientific supervisor: Mag.sc.edu. Andžela Šteinberga. Scope of work: 75 p., includes 11 illustrations, 2 tables, bibliography is composed of 69 sources. The aim of the research: to do research about the development features of the children with autistic spectrum developments and to elaborate methodological recommendations for organization of music theraphy in work with children who have autistic spectrum disorders. The Master’s Thesis consists of three chapters. The first section is devoted to the role of music in the development of the preschool age children’s personality from theoretical point of view, based on such scientific studies done by B.Flešmans, M.Gorjačeva, O.Peipiņš, I.Suruda, T.Vigrams, G.Dekers – Foigt, etc. The second chapter includes the analysis of the development features of the social and emotional sphere of the children with autistic spectrum disorders, the possibilities to correct the children’s behavioral disorders by the help of different music theraphy methods. In the third chapter the materials offered by A.Kenermans, E.Krangals, G.Praslova and T.Titnikova are approbated, the programme for work with children who have autistic spectrum disorders. The results of the research revealed that as a result of the used methodology, the children’s communication skills have improved significantly being in contact with the adults and their equals in age whom they know, and the understanding of the language and the speech expression developed successfully. As the result of the done research, the hypothesis: “As a result of using music theraphy, the personality of the children with autistic spectrum disorders develops more successfuly, including the emotional and social sphere, language, motion coordination, attention and other psychical functions” is proved.
