Izpratnes par cilvēktiesībām veidošanās sekmēšana sākumskolā

Abstract

Cilvēktiesību ideja un jēdziens radās vēl pirms Apvienoto Nāciju Organizācijas (ANO) dibināšanas 1945. gadā. Līdz ar Latvijas iestāšanos ANO un pievienošanos svarīgākajiem starptautiskajiem dokumentiem cilvēktiesību jomā, mūsu valsts ir uzņēmusies civilizētā pasaulē saprotamu atbildību par saviem pilsoņiem. Tomēr bieži saskaramies ar faktiem, kad bērnu tiesības tiek pārkāptas. Tādēļ, lai izpētītu būtiskākās cilvēktiesību normas un palīdzētu iedzīvināt tās skolēniem, izvēlējos tematu: “Izpratnes par cilvēktiesībām veidošanās sekmēšana sākumskolā.” Pētījuma mērķis: izzināt izpratnes par cilvēktiesībām veidošanās sekmēšanas iespējas sākumskolā. 1. nodaļā analizēta izpratne par cilvēktiesībām, cilvēktiesību jēdziens un cilvēktiesību aizsardzības vēsturiskā attīstība. Darba 2. nodaļā izpētīts kā izpratne par cilvēktiesībām veidojas sākumskolas vecuma bērniem, kā arī apskatītas piemērotākās pieejas izpratnes veidošanā. 3. – praktiskajā daļā ir novadītas sociālo zinību stundas, kā rezultātā hipotēze ir pierādīta. Pētījums sastāv no 58 lappusēm. Tam pievienoti 9 pielikumi.

The idea and notion of human rights appeared before the foundation of United Nations Organization (UNO) in 1945. As Latvia entered UNO and acceded to the main international documents in the sphere of human rights, our country has accepted responsibility for its citizens that is known in all the world. Nevertheless we often meet the fact that children rights are broken. Thus, to examine the most essential human rights regulations and to help to put them into practice among pupils I chose the topic „Promotion of Formation of Understanding about Human Rights in Primary School”. The aim of the research is to find out the possibilities how to promote the formation of understanding about human rights in primary school. The first chapter analyses the understanding about human rights, the notion of human rights and historical development of human rights protection. The second chapter shows how the understanding about human rights is forming in the mind of children of primary school age as well as the most proper approaches in formation of understanding are depicted. The third chapter - the practical part presents the lessons of social studies which approve the hypothesis. The research consists of 58 pages and 9 appendixes.
