Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Skolotāju darbības stili sākumskolā.” Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski izzināt un empīriski konstatēt dažādu darbības stilu veidus sākumskolā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā, pamatojoties uz A. Šponas, M. Balsona, A. Šmites, V. Praudes, J. Beļčikova, V. Reņģes, I. Foranda, D. Šķilteres, G. Svences, D. Hayes u.c. autoru atziņām, tiek izpētīta skolotāju darbības stilu būtība, izanalizēts un salīdzināts skolotāju darbības stilu klasiskais modelis, kā arī tiek izzināts sākumskolas skolēnu raksturojums pētāmās problēmas aspektā. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā darba autore analizē un interpretē, kādi ir skolotāju darbības stili sākumskolā, un konstatē būtiskās atšķirības starp skolotāju un skolēnu viedokļiem. Darbs paredzēts pedagoģisko augstskolu studentiem un skolu pedagogiem, kuri interesējas par skolotāju darbības stiliem mūsdienu sākumskolās. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 50 lapām, ilustrēts ar 4 tabulām, 11 attēliem, iekļauti 2 pielikumi.

The topic of bachelor is „The different styles of teaching employed by teachers in primary school. The aim of bachelor work is theoreticaly find out and emperical establish different styles of activities in primary school. In theoretical part of research, basis on A. Šponas, M. Balsona, A. Šmites, V. Praudes, J. Beļčikova, V. Reņģes, I. Foranda, D. Šķilteres, G. Svences, D. Hayes and other authors conclusions, is researched the point of activity styles of teachers, is analyzed and compared teachers classical style, and found out characteristic of primary school’s students in aspect of researching problem. In emperical part the author analyzes and expounds what are teachers styles of activities in primary school, and establish relevant differencies between teachers and students opinions. The work is provided for pedagogical high school students and school teachers who are interested in teachers styles of activities in primary school nowdays. The bachelor work contains of 50 pages, 4 tables, 11 pictures, include 2 additions.
