Mācīšanās motīvu veidošanās internātpamatskolas vecākajās klasēs

Abstract

Darba autore: Vēsma Ivanova Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr.habil.paed. Irēna Žogla Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Mācīšanās motīvu veidošanās internātpamatskolas vecākajās klasēs”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt un noskaidrot dominējošos mācīšanās motīvus Mālpils internātpamatskolas vecākajās klasēs. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā analizētas latviešu un ārzemju pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas pētnieku atziņas par mācīšanās motīviem. Teorētiskā darba daļa sastāv no četrām apakšnodaļām – pirmajā apakšnodaļā analizēta motīvu būtība, otrajā apakšnodaļā dots pusaudžu psiholoģiskais raksturojums, trešajā – stimulu nozīme motīvu veidošanās procesā, bet ceturtajā apakšnodaļā izklāstīti motīvu veidošanās kritēriji. Maģistra darba otrajā nodaļā tiek piedāvātas idejas un ieteikumi mācību metodikas pilnveidei skolotājiem darbā ar pamatskolas vecāko klašu skolēniem. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tiek analizētas internātpamatskolas skolotāju, skolēnu un vecāku aptaujas un intervijas par skolēnu mācīšanās motīviem. Rezultātā tiek iegūta atbilde uz darba autores izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu: kādi ir internātpamatskolas vecāko klašu skolēnu dominējošie mācīšanās motīvi. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka pusaudžiem dominē ārējie stimuli, kā arī iekšēja vajadzība pašapliecināties. Iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus ir iespējams izmantot skolēnu mācīšanās motīvu veicināšanā, tādā veidā uzlabojot izglītības kvalitāti. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 82 lappusēm, tajā ir 2 tabulas, 17 attēli, 8 pielikumi, izmantotās literatūras un avotu sarakstā iekļautas 57 literatūras vienības. The aim of investigation is to find out and enquire dominant learning motives in Mālpils Boarding elementary school senior grade. There are Latvian and foreign pedagogy and psychology investigators verities about learning motives in the theoretic part of the research. The theoretic part of the work is been composed of four subdivisions – in the first subdivision there is analyzed essence of motives, in second one is psychological character of teenager, in third – incentives meaning in forming process of motives, but in the fourth subdivision is layout motives formation criterions. In the second part of Master’s paper are tender ideas and recommendations to improve instructional methods for teachers in job with elementary schools senior class students. In the research empirical part is analyzed results of the questionnaires and interviews about learning motives; witch is filling by boarding elementary schools teachers, pupils and parents. As a result there is an answer of the question of research asked by author of the job: what are boarding elementary schools senior grade students most dominate learning motives. The results of investigation shows that there are outwardly incentives dominate for teenagers, as well as inside need of self actualization. The results of research can bee used to promote learning motive for students, in such way improving quality of education. Master’s paper is composed of 82 pages, it has 2 tables 17 pictures, 8 appendages, in used literature and source list is include 57 literature items.
