Dzimumatšķirības humora stilu dimensijās un to saistība ar uztverto maskulinitāti un feminitāti.

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai humora stilu dimensijās starp vīriešu un sieviešu izlasēm pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības, kā arī noskaidrot, ar kādām humora stila dimensijām ir saistīta uztvertā maskulinitāte un feminitāte. Pētījumā piedalījās 64 respondenti, no kuriem 32 bija sievietes un 32 bija vīrieši. Respondentu vidējais vecums sieviešu grupā bija 26 gadi, bet vīriešu grupā vidējais vecums bija 28 gadi. 87% no respondentiem bija ar augstāko izglītību vai pašreiz studēja. 13% respondentu bija ieguvuši vidējo izglītību. 75% no respondentiem dzīvoja Rīgā un 25% bija no citiem Latvijas reģioniem. Pētījumā tika izmantota Humoru stilu aptauja (HSQ, Humor Style Questionnaire) un Bēmas dzimumlomu aptauja (BSRI, Bem Sex-Role Inventory). Pētījuma rezultāti uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības agresīvā humora stila, pašuzmundrinošā humora stila un sevi noliedziešā humora stila dimensijās sieviešu un vīriešu izlasēm. Rezultāti neuzrāda statistiski nozīmīgu saistību starp uztverto maskulinitāti un agresīvo humora stila dimensiju, taču uztvertā maskulinitāte pozitīvi ir saistīta ar pašuzmundrinošo humora stila dimensiju. Uztvertajai feminitātei nav statistiski nozīmīga saistība ar biedrisko humora stila dimensiju. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti ataino dzimumatšķirības, kas pastāv humora stilu dimensijās, kā arī ļauj secināt, kādas personības iezīmes, kuras prezentē uztvertās dzimumlomas, ir saistītas ar humora stila dimensijām. The aim of the research is to clarify if there are statistical significant differences in humour styles between women and men, as well as to find out which humour styles corelate with perceived Masculinity and perceived Femininity. There were 64 participants in the research from whom 32 were women and 32 were men. The average age in the women group was 26 years, but in the men group 28 years. 87% of the participants have graduated from university or were studying in one. 13% of participants have gained secondary education. 75% of the participants lived in Riga, but 25% lived in other regions in Latvia. Humor Style Questionnaire and Bem Sex-role Inventory were used to asses the humour styles, feminity and masculinity. The results of the research show significant differences in Aggressive humour style, Self-enhancing style and Self-defeatng humour style between men and women. The results do not show statistically significant correlation between perceived Masculinity and Aggressive humours style, but show statistically significant correlation between perceived Masculinity and Self-enhancing humour style. Perceived femininity does not have significant correlation with Affiliative humour style. The results of the research represents gender differences, that are met in humour styles, and allows to make conclusion which character traits, related to gender roles, correlates with humour style dimensions.
