Vārdu krājuma mācīšana pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem ar multiplikācijas filmu palīdzību

Abstract

The aim of the Diploma Paper “Teaching Vocabulary to Very Young Learners With a Help of Cartoons” is to find out how to teach vocabulary with a help of cartoons. It is educative and instructive for the author of the Diploma Paper to clarify what are the possible ways to teach vocabulary with the help of cartoons to very young learners because the author of the Diploma Paper teaches English language to 3 – 5 years old children in the study centre “Solis Tuvāk”. The author of the Diploma Paper wanted to try out if the usage of cartoons facilitates the process of learning vocabulary. During the research, the author of the Diploma Paper was studying the literature about 3 – 5 years old children characteristics, abilities and intellectual development. While working with preschoolers the author used different types of cartoons and auxiliary materials in order the research would be more successful. The author of the Diploma Paper used questionnaire, interview and observation as data collection methods. There were 20 preschoolers’ parents surveyed and 3 English teachers interviewed. In observation the author of the Diploma Paper used an observation sheet in order to get to know preschoolers’ attitude, action, behaviour and intellectual development while watching 4 different cartoons

Diplomdarba “Vārdu krājuma mācīšana pirmskolas vecuma bērniem ar multfilmu palīdzību” mērķis ir uzzināt kā mācīt vārdu krājumu ar multfilmu palīdzību. Diploma darba autorei svarīgi ir noskaidrot kādi ir iespējamie mācīšanas veidi strādājot ar 3 – 5 gadus veciem bērniem ar multfilmu palīdzību, jo autore strādā ar pirmskolas vecuma bērniem mācību centrā “Solis Tuvāk”. Diploma darba autore gribēja noskaidrot, vai multfilmu lietošana mācību procesa laikā veicina vārdu krājuma mācīšanu. Pētījuma laikā Diploma darba autore studēja literatūru par 3 – 5 gadus vecu bērnu rakstura iezīmēm, spējām un intelektuālo attīstību. Strādājot ar pirmskolas vecuma bērniem autore izmantoja dažādu veidu multfilmas un palīgmateriālus, lai pētījums būtu sekmīgāks. Diploma darba autore izmantoja anketēšanu, intervēšanu un novērošanu kā datu vākšanas metodes. Autore aptaujāja 20 pirmskolas vecuma bērnu vecākus un intervēja 3 angļu valodas skolotājas. Novērošanas procesā autore izmantoja novērošanas tabulu, lai noskaidrotu pirmskolas vecuma bērnu attieksmi, darbību, uzvedību un intelektuālo attīstību, skatoties 4 dažādas multfilmas
