Saskarsmes prasmes pilnveide akordeona ansambļa spēles procesā bērnu mūzikas skolā

Abstract

Viena no lielākajām aktualitātēm mūsdienu sabiedrībā ir saskarsmes problēma. Arvien biežāk dzirdam, ka darba devēji organizē kursus saviem darbiniekiem saskarsmes kultūrā. Par šo jautājumu daudz vairāk vajadzētu runāt skolās, jo arī tur šī problēma kļūst arvien aktuālāka. Tā parādās pat tādā kultūras iestādē kā mūzikas skola. Tieši tādēļ bakalaura darba autore rakstīja par saskarsmes prasmju pilnveides iespējām akordeona ansambļa spēles apguves procesā. Tika analizēti pieejamāko autoru darbi par saskarsmi un izstrādāta pedagoģiskā pētījuma programma aktuālāko saskarsmes prasmju pilnveidei akordeona ansambļa spēles procesā bērnu mūzikas skolā. Pedagoģiskais pētījums tika balstīts uz individuālo un grupas darbu, tika veikta pedagoģiskā novērošana, anketēšana un iegūto rezultātu apstrāde un analīze. Pedagoģiskā pētījuma rezultāti pierādīja, ja pedagogs pārdomāti organizē akordeona ansambļa spēles nodarbību un tajā uzsver ne tikai tos mērķus, kas attīsta muzikālās spējas, bet arī jautājumus par saskarsmi, tad bērnu saskarsmes prasmes tiek pilnveidotas arī akordeona ansambļa spēles laikā.

One of most striking actualities in society nowadays is the problem of communikation. It is known that employers organize special courses of acquiring communicative skills for their employees. This kind of problem is also needed to be actualised at schools. It appears even in a music school called culture establishment. Therefore the author of the Bachelor’s work has written about the improvement of communication skills during the learning process of the accordion ensamble. A special pedagogical programme on researches of actual communication skills, for their improvement during the performing process of the accordion ensamble at the music school has been analysed. This pedagogical research has been based on both individual and group work;as well as a pedagogical observation has been done, the questionnaires have been used, the processing of the results and their analysis has been done. The results of the pedagogical research has proved the following:if a teacher organizes a lesson of accordion performing thoughtfully, paying the attention not only to the aims that develop musical abilities, but also includes questions concerning communication skills, then the schoolchildrens communicativeness has been improved also during the learning process of the accordion play.
