Abstract

Maģistra darba temats „Rubas pamatskolas pieredze alternatīva pedagoģiskā procesa izveidē”. Hipotētisks jautājums: Vai Rubas pamatskolas alternatīvais humānās pedagoģijas process veicina skolēnu radošas darbības pieredzi un tā potenciāls ir efektīvi izmantots skolas pedagoģiskajā darbībā? Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, nobeiguma, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Pirmajā teorētiski pētnieciskajā nodaļā autore analizē humānās pedagoģijas procesa būtību, aktualizē mākslas lomu personības harmonizēšanā, akcentē skolotāja personības, profesionālās kompetences un radošuma nozīmi humānās pedagoģijas procesā. Otrajā praktiski pētnieciskajā nodaļā maģistra darba autore izstrādā koncepciju alternatīva skolas modeļa izveidei, modeļa radošās attīstības stadijas, pierāda alternatīvas profesionāli orientētas (māksla) pamatizglītības programmas nozīmi skolēnu radošās darbības un pieredzes veicināšanā, izstrādā kritērijus modeļa izvērtēšanai. Trešajā praktiski pētnieciskajā nodaļā interesenti var iepazīties ar Rubas pamatskolas alternatīvā modeļa efektivitāti, praktiskās lietojamības iespējām un tālākās izpētes virzienu. Rubas pamatskolas alternatīvā modeļa pamatā humānās pedagoģijas process, kas akcentē mākslu kā līdzekli skolēna radošās darbības pieredzes apguvē.

The title of the Master’s paper is Ruba primary school experience in the alternative pedagogy process development.

Hypothetical questions: Does the alternative pedagogical process of Ruba primary school enhance the pupil’s creativity? Does the developed model of educational process is effectively used in the teaching practice of the school?

Master’s paper consists of the introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendixes.

In Chapter 1 the authoress analyses nature of the human pedagogy process, focuses on the role of art into the harmonisation of the personality, emphasizes the significance of the teacher’s personality, professional competency and creativity into the human pedagogy process.

In Chapter 2 the authoress works out conception for the alternative educational model of the school and development phases of the model, proves the importance of the alternative professionaly oriented (art) programm into the enhancement of pupil’s creativity, drafts model evalutation criteria.

In Chapter 3 Ruba primary school alternative educational model is presented, its effectivity and further possibilities for bringing it into the effect.

The base of the Ruba primary school alternative educational model is human pedagogy process which emphasizes art as the mean for pupil’s creativity enhancement.
