| dc.description.abstract | Darbā tika veikts ieskats skolēnu iespējās izmantot elektroniskās mācību grāmatas, saprastas varbūtējās problēmas un izteikti potenciālie risinājumi.
Darbā tika izpētīta pieejamā informācija par e-grāmatām un to lietošanas iespējām dažādās elektroniskās ierīcēs, kā arī apskatīts efektīvas skolas modelis, kurā mācību vide ir elastīga, praksē ieviešot un izmantojot jaunus mācību materiālus un metodes.
Diplomdarba ietvaros tika veikta audzēkņu anketēšana divās mācību iestādēs - Rīgas 85.vidusskolā un Natālijas Draudziņas ģimnāzijā. Aptaujas mērķis bija noskaidrot, kāda ir respondentu attieksme pret iespējamu e-grāmatu izmantošanu mācību procesā, un to, kāds ir lietotāju tehnoloģiskais nodrošinājums šādas opcijas realizēšanai.
Anketēšanas rezultātā tika noskaidrotas skolēnu zināšanas par e-grāmatām, tāpat pētījumā atspoguļots arī tas, kāda tipa e-grāmatas visbiežāk izmanto aptaujātie. Tika izzināta intensitāte, ar kādu lietotāji izmanto e-grāmatas, un iemesli, kas kavē, vai gluži pretēji, - motivē audzēkņus izmantot tieši šādu informācijas ieguves veidu. Tika pētīta arī skolēnu interese par e-bibliotēkām un to, vai aptaujātie zina, kādas e-bibliotēkas pieejamas konkrētā respondenta skolā.
Darba autoram interesanti licies uzzināt, vai e-grāmatu pieejamība motivētu audzēkņus mācīties biežāk un vai paši audzēkņi būtu pretimnākoši un palīdzētu mācību literatūras skanēšanas procesā. Tāpat pētījums apkopo respondentu viedokli par to, vai e-grāmata nākotnē varētu kļūt par alternatīvu jau ierastajām mācību grāmatām, ko daļēji nosaka arī lietotāju viedoklis par e-grāmatu lietošanas ērtumu, informācijas atlases un analīzes iespējām.
Aptaujas ietvaros autors centies izzināti arī aptaujāto attieksmi pret e-grāmatu kā pret draudzīgu informācijas ieguves veidu, kas ir drošs ne tikai cilvēkam, bet arī ierīcei un tās uzglabātajiem datiem.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem, intervijas un 3 pielikumiem. Darbā iekļautas 64 lapaspuses, 5 tabulas un 32 attēli.

| dc.description.abstract | The research work offers an insight into the possibilities of pupils to use electronic study materials, as well as specifies the possible problems, and includes the potential solutions for them.
The information available about e-books and the possibility to use them in various electrical appliances has been researched in the present paper. The model of an efficient school with flexible study environment by introducing and using new study materials and methods in practice has been described in the work as well.
Within the framework of the diploma paper, a questionnaire survey of pupils in two educational establishments – Riga Secondary School No. 85 and the Gymnasium of Natalija Draudzina – was carried out. The aim of the survey was to find out the attitude of respondents about the possible use of e-books in the study process, and the technical provisions of users for the introduction of such option.
As a result of the questioner survey, the knowledge of pupils about e-books and the type of e-books used most frequently by the respondents were clarified. The intensity of the e-book use and the reasons that hinder or motivate pupils to use such type of information were found out as well. The interest of pupils in e-libraries and the knowledge of respondents about the available e-libraries at the school of a specific respondent were researched.
It was interesting for the author of the paper to find out whether the availability of e-books would motivate pupils to study more often or whether pupils would be more responsive and would provide their help in the process of scanning study materials. Apart from this, the research work summarises the opinion of respondents on the probability of e-books becoming an alternative for the usual study materials in the future. The latter partly is being defined also by the opinion of respondents about the convenience, information selection and the analysis possibilities of e-books.
Within the framework of the survey the author tried to find out also the attitude of respondents towards e-books as an environment-friendly manner of information acquisition, which is safe not only for humans, but also for the device and the stored data.
The paper includes an introduction, a theoretical and practical part, conclusions, an interview and three appendices. The work consists of 64 pages, five charts and 32 images.
