Pedagogu radošuma saistība ar vidusskolēnu mācību sasniegumiem

Abstract

Austras Daces Balodes bakalaura darbs pedagoģijā ir izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes Pedagoģijas nodaļā. Bakalaura darbs „Pedagoga radošuma saistība ar vidusskolēnu mācību sasniegumiem” sastāv no ievada, 2 nodaļām, 5 apakšnodaļām, un nobeiguma, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta (62 vienības) un 2 pielikumiem. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēts radošums, tā būtība, struktūra un funkcijas, radošuma veicināšanas iespējas, mācību sasniegumu būtība, pedagoga loma vidusskolā. Empīriskajā daļā, balstoties uz aptauju datu analīzi un interpretāciju, tiek analizēta pedagoga radošuma un vidusskolēnu mācību sasniegumu mijsakarība. Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt, kāda ir pedagoga radošuma saistība ar vidusskolēnu mācību sasniegumiem. Empīriskajā pētījumā tika pielietota kvantitatīvās pētniecības pieeja, izmantojot datu iegūšanas metodi - aptauju. Iegūto datu interpretācija un analīze darba autorei deva iespēju izvirzīt hipotēzi par ka eksistē skolotāju radošuma saistība ar vidusskolēnu mācību sasniegumiem. Pētījums veikts, lai to varētu izmantot turpmākai pētnieciskai vai praktiskai darbībai saistībā ar mācību sasniegumu un radošuma iespējamās korelācijas pētniecību, kā arī radošuma attīstīšanai mācību procesā vidusskolā un kā teorētisko un empīrisko bāzi maģistra darba izstrādei. The Bachelor thesis of Austra Dace Balode in pedagogy science has been worked out in the Pedagogy department of the Faculty of Education, Psychology and Art, University of Latvia. The Bachelor thesis „Correlation between teacher’s creativity and students’ achievements in the secondary school” consist of an introduction, two chapters, five subchapters, a conclusion, a bibliography (62 units) and two appendix. In the theoretical part of the study the meaning, the structure und functions of the term creativity are analysed. The author of the Bachelor thesis has explored opportunities to facilitate creativity, concentrating on teacher’s impact on students’ learning achievements in the secondary school. The empirical study, based on the surveys data interpretation and analysis, ascertained of correlation between teachers creativity and students learning outcomes. The aim of the research was to explore what is the teacher’s creativity impact on the learning outcomes and achievements in the secondary school. The approach of quantitative research methods has been used in the empirical study. One method of data collection a survey was used to collect the information on learning experience. The empirical study has resulted in the creations of the hypothesis that existence of teachers' creativity in link with achievements in the secondary school. The Bachelor thesis has been worked out for further educational studies or practices to facilitate creativity in the educational process in the secondary school. The study can be used as empirical base of the master’s thesis. Key words: creativity, teacher, students’ achievements, students.
