Dzimumu atšķirības apmierinātībā ar laulībām attiecībās ar personu, kura ieguvusi bezdarbnieka statusu

Abstract

Rezumējums Ekonomiskās situācijas straujās izmaiņas, bezdarba līmeņa celšanās Latvijā ietekmē gan ģimeņu sociālekonomisko, gan psiholoģisko labklājību. Šāda situācija nereti liek mainīt ierastos laulātā pāra dzīves apstākļus, nākotnes mērķus, kā arī rada citus papildus stresorus. Pētījuma tēma ir: „Dzimumu atšķirības apmierinātībā ar laulībām attiecībās ar personu, kura ieguvusi bezdarbnieka statusu.” Darba mērķi ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv atšķirības apmierinātībā ar laulībām attiecībās ar personu, kura ieguvusi bezdarbnieka statusu un attiecībās starp pilna laika nodarbinātām personām, un vai šajos lielumos novērojamas dzimumatšķirības. Darbā apkopoti pētījumi par apmierinātību ar laulībām, apmierinātību ar laulībām un ekonomiskajām grūtībām, bezdarbnieka statusa psiholoģiskajiem faktoriem un dzimumatšķirībām darba zaudēšanas psiholoģiskajos faktoros. Kā galvenie autori minami Djū (Dew), Kongers (Conger), Bodenmans (Bodenman), kā arī Hovijs (Howie). Šo pētījumu atziņas ir neviennozīmīgas, taču lielākā daļa autoru norāda uz ekonomiskās spriedzes un nedrošības izjūtas negatīvo ietekmi uz pāra attiecībām. Pētījumā piedalījās 148 respondenti, kuri ir oficiāli reģistrētās laulībās, 33% ģimenēs to partneri ir ar bezdarbnieka statusu. Pētījumā tika izmantotas divas aptaujas- demogrāfiskā aptauja, kā arī apmierinātības ar laulāto attiecībām aptauja (INS). Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka bezdarbnieku partneri uzrāda nozīmīgi zemākus apmierinātības ar laulībām rādītājus, nekā pilna laika nodarbināto respondentu partneri. Taču apmierinātības ar laulībām rādītājos netika konstatētas dzimumatšķirības.

The rapid changes in economics of Latvia can cause changes also in marriage relationships. Financial difficulties and unemployment may lead to well- being reduction, for need to change future goals and other relationship stressors. The theme of paper is: „Marriage satisfaction gender differences in relationships with unemployed person.” The aims of this study ware to clarify marriage satisfaction gender differences between two-earned couples and couples with unemployed partner. In this paper are summarized researches about marriage satisfaction, marriage satisfaction and financial strain and psychological effects of unemployment. The most important authors in this paper are Dew, Conger, Bodenmann and Howie. The essential findings indicate that economic strain leads to an increase stability of marriage and there can be observed gender differences. There were 148 officially married participants involved in research. 33% of families were with one unemployed partner. There were used 2questionnaires - demographic questionnaire and Index of marital satisfaction (INS) (Hudson, 1982). The results indicate that, in relationships with unemployed partner, the marriage satisfaction is lover, then in relationships with employed partner. There are no gender differences in marriage satisfaction between two-earned couples and couples with unemployed partner. The research results can be used to better understand how employment and unemployment effects marriage satisfaction.
