Bachelor Paper „Optimization of Stress Level among Graduation Class Students during Education Process” studies manifestations of stress among young people and possibilities to optimize them.
The objectives of the Bachelor Paper: to summarize and to appraise the available literature on stress, to research the structure and the nature of stress, to describe a specific age period and its pedagogical and psychological features, and to analyse the achieved results.
During the research process, the author of the Bachelor Paper has used theoretical and empirical methods.
The results of the research show that stress level affects the school results among students. Defining the correlation between school results and stress level enables to ascertain that stress affects the results of success in school (coefficient of correlation equals to 0.59). If stress level was optimum, the rate of wellness and success in school was higher. The achieved results are not to be evaluated unequivocal, for the reason of subjectivity and inconstancy of stress level.
Key words: students, stress, stress level, stressors, school results.
