| dc.description.abstract | Šis pētījums tika veits lai noteiktu vai refleksiju dienasgrāmatas var tikt pielietotas vidusskolas angļu valodas mācību stundās, lai attīstītu argumentatīvās rakstītprasmes. Lai to uzzinātu, tika izmantots gadījuma pētījums. Gadījuma pētījumā tika pārbaudīta skolēnu argumantatīvo rakstītprasmju attīstība, izmantojot refleksiju dienasgrāmatu analīzi, kā arī pirms- un pēc-testu. Skolēni veica ierakstus refleksiju dienasgrāmatās pēc katras mācību stundas, kas koncentrējās uz argumentatīvo prasmju attīstību. Refleksiju dienasgrāmatas sastāvēja no refleksīvā elementa un argumentatīvās rakstīšanas uzdevuma. Refleksijas elements tika izmantots kā ievads argumentatīvajai esejai. Tika secināts, ka deviņu refleksijas dienasgrāmatu mācību stundu noslēgumā, argumentatīvās rakstītprasmes bija nozīmīgi uzlabojušās. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research Paper aimed to determine whether reflective journals used in Secondary school English lessons could develop argumentative writing skills. In order to determine this, the case study research method was used. The case study tested the development of students’ argumentative writing skills through the use of reflective journal analysis as well as pre- and post test. Students wrote reflective journal entries after each lesson focusing on argumentative skill development. The reflective journals consisted of a reflection element and an argumentative writing task. The reflective element was used as a lead-in for the argumentative essay which followed. It was concluded that the argumentative writing skills of the students were significantly improved at the end of the nine reflective journal lessons. | en_US |
