Interneta atkarības saistība ar perfekcionismu

Abstract

Atkarība ir plaši zināma vielu un uzvedības slimība. Perfekcionisms mūsdienās tiek definēts kā divdimensionāls koncepts, kurš ietver gan pozitīvās, gan negatīvās dimensijas. Pētījuma jautājums ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistības starp tādiem konstruktiem kā neadaptīvais perfekcionisms un interneta atkarība. Pētītā izlase n=61, vecumā no 21 – 30. Pētījumā izmantotajām skalām (APS-R) un (IAS) tika aprēķināti korelāciju koeficienti. Starp būtiskākajām perfekcionisma apakšskalām standarti un pretrunas tiek novērota negatīva korelācija (rs=-.37, p<0.01). Var secināt to, ka pētījuma izlase atbilst adaptīvai dimensijai un visas korelācijas ir vērā ņemamas un pētījuma jautājums tiek daļēji apstiprināts.

Addiction is a well known substance and behaviour disease. Perfectionism is nowadays defined as a concept of two dimensions - positive and negative. The aim of this Paper was to find out the connection between maladaptive perfectionism and internet addiction. The researched sample n=61, aged 21 – 30. There were correlation coefficients calculated between the scales (APS-R) and (IAS), that were used in the empirical study. Correlation coefficients between the substantive perfectionism sub scales - high standards and discrepancy are viewed as negative (rs=-.37, p<0.01). Judging by the results, it can be inferred, that the sample corresponds more to adaptive perfectionism and all the correlation coefficients are noteworthy and the main aim of the Paper is only partly supported.
