Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: skolu partnerības starptautisko projektu devums Latvijas pedagoģiskajā praksē. Autors - Inese Baļčūne. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt skolu partnerības starptautisko projektu devumu pedagoģiskajā praksē. Pirmajā nodaļā teorētiski analizēts pedagoģiskais process. Otrajā nodaļā analizēti skolu partnerības starptautiskie projekti. Trešajā nodaļā dots pusaudžu un agrīnās jaunības vecumu raksturojums. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstīta un analizēta skolu partnerības starptautisko projektu īstenošanas mūsdienu pieredze skolu pedagoģiskajā procesā. Piektajā nodaļā apkopoti teorētiskās un praktiskās darbības gaitā gūtie ieteikumi. Pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās hipotēze. Hipotēze: ja skolas iesaistās skolu partnerības starptautiskajos projektos, tad tiek veicināta sadarbība starp skolēniem un skolotājiem, starp dažādu priekšmetu skolotājiem, starp vecākiem un skolas pedagoģisko kolektīvu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, nobeiguma, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta ar 56 vienībām. Darba apjoms ir 87 lpp. un 7 pielikumi. Darbā ietvertas 4 tabulas, 6 attēli un 18 diagrammas. Mūsdienās skolēniem arvien vairāk ir raksturīga tieksme pēc pārmaiņām, pēc vairāku atšķirīgu nodarbību savienošanas vai mainīšanas. Skolēnu ieinteresēšana, motivācijas radīšana, spēju un prasmju pilnveidošana, izmantojot daudzveidīgas mācību un audzināšanas metodes, sniedz iespēju katram skolēnam izvērtēt un analizēt savas spējas, celt pašapziņu un veidot sadarbības prasmes. Latvijas izglītības iestādēm sadarbībā ar Eiropas valstu izglītības iestādēm ir iespēja izprast savas priekšrocības un trūkumus, jo rodas jaunas domas un idejas, kā pedagoģisko procesu padarīt interesantāku un efektīvāku.

The theme of the diploma paper: The contribution of international partnership projects among schools in pedagogical practice of Latvia. The aim of the diploma paper is to investigate and analyse contribution of international partnership projects among schools in pedagogical practice. The diploma paper consists of five parts – theoretical discussions and practical research. The first chapter shows theoretical analysis of pedagogical process. The second chapter gives analysis of international partnership projects among schools. The third chapter offers the characterization of teenagers and early youth period. The competence of realization of international partnership projects among schools in pedagogical practice is given in the fourth chapter of this investigation. The summarize of theoretical investigation and practical study is shown in the fifth chapter. The hypothesis was approved as the result of investigation. The hypothesis: If schools are involving in international partnership projects, the cooperation is promoting among pupils and teachers, staff, parents. The diploma paper consists of 87 pages, 7 units of sources, 4 tables, 18 diagrams and 6 supplements. The motivation of learning is a very important element which promotes the process of education at any period of the age. Nowadays pupils have a tendency to do many different activities. It is very necessary to use any methods to make an interest for pupils the process of education. It gives an opportunity for every pupil to analyze and evaluate their abilities, to raise self-assurance and make interoperability. The research might be useful for teachers in schools in Latvia. There is an opportunity to understand our advantages and disadvantages in collaboration with schools in Europe.
