Speciālās izglītības skolotāju tālākizglītības iespējas un to izmantošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Speciālās izglītības skolotāju tālākizglītības iespējas un to izmantošana”. Maģistra darba autore Liene Marauska. Pētījumā risinātā problēma ir speciālās izglītības skolotāju vajadzības un piedāvājums tālākizglītībai. Maģistra darba mērķis ir teorētiski izpētīt un empīriski pārbaudīt tālākizglītības iespējas un to, kā speciālās izglītības skolotājs tās izmanto. Problēmu tika mēģināts atrisināt, apkopojot speciālās izglītības skolotāju tālākizglītības kursu izmantošanas kopējās iezīmes un viņu vajadzības, vēlmes un intereses, izstrādāti ieteikumi tālākizglītības kursu organizatoriem un speciālās izglītības skolotājiem. Pētījuma 1. nodaļā pēc zinātniskās literatūras un dokumentu analīzes aplūkoti šādi jēdzieni un sniegts to plašāks skaidrojums – speciālā pedagoģija, speciālās izglītības skolotājs un viņa kompetences, iekļaujoša izglītība. Pētījuma 2. nodaļā sniegts ieskats galvenajos izglītības normatīvajos dokumentos un pētījumos par tālākizglītības nozīmi un pamatota tālākizglītības nozīme no psiholoģiskajiem un pedagoģiskajiem aspektiem, speciālās izglītības skolotāju darbā. Pētījuma 3. nodaļā analizētas un apkopotas reālās speciālās izglītības skolotāju tālākizglītības kursu iespējas – izmantojot interneta resursu analīzi un intervijas ar speciālās izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem, un kursu izmantošana – analizējot speciālās izglītības skolotāju aizpildītās anketas. Pielikumā pievienotas intervijas, anketas un interneta analīzes pirmdati. Rezultāti apkopoti tabulās un attēlos. Master’s author is Liene Marauska. Master's thesis: “Special education teacher training possibilities and their use." The research problem addressed is the special education teachers’ needs and offer for further education. The purpose of the Master's Thesis is to explore theoretically and empirically verify the further education and how the special education teachers use them. It was attempted to solve the problem by collecting special education teacher training courses and the use of the common features of their needs, desires and interests, to develop recommendations for a further education course organizers and special education teachers. The first chapter of scientific literature and document analysis deals with provides a broader explanation of the following concepts – special pedagogy, special education teacher and his competence, inclusive education. In the second section the reader is introduced to the key regulatory documents of education and research on the importance of further education based on the role of psychological and pedagogical aspects of special education teachers’ work. The third chapter analyses and summarizes the actual special education teacher training courses possibilities – the Internet resource analysis and interviews with special educational institutions principals and the use of courses – analysis of the special education teacher questionnaires. In the appendix there are interviews, questionnaires and analysis of source data online. The results were summarized in tables and figures.
