Diskusijas ietekme uz lēmumiem sociālo dilemmu situācijās.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis - vai diskusijas izmantošana sociālo dilemmu situācijā paaugstina sadarbības līmeni grupā. Pētījuma dalībnieki ir 36 Latvijas Universitātes 2. līdz 4.kursa pedagoģijas studenti, vecumā no 20-25 gadiem. Darba hipotēze - grupā, kurā iekļauta diskusija, izvēlēto ēdienu skaits un pasūtījuma summa ir mazāka, nekā grupā, kurā diskusija nenotiek. Pētījums veikts eksperimenta veidā, kur tā dalībnieki sadalīti nejaušā veidā ar izlozes palīdzību divās grupās, kurās cilvēki veica sociālās dilemmas uzdevumu. Vienai grupai atbilde jāsniedz pēc diskusijas, otrai-bez diskusijas. Eksperiments notika trīs reizes, katru reizi citi dalībnieki (6 cilvēki katrā grupā). Statistiskais aprēķins- Stjūdenta kritērijs. Analizējot iegūtos rezultātus, var secināt, ka cilvēkiem, kuriem ir iespēja apspriesties, palielinās sadarbības līmenis grupā. Eksperimenta uzdevums bija izvēlēties pasūtījumu no dotās ēdienkartes ar nosacījumu, ka grupas locekļi kopējo rēķinu apmaksās vienādās daļās. Grupas dalībnieki, kuri savā starpā neapspriedās, izvēlējās vairāk ēdienus, un viņu pasūtījuma summa bija ievērojami lielāka, nekā grupā, kurā tika iekļauta diskusija Secinājumi tika izdarīti, konstatējot statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp abu grupu aritmētiskajiem vidējiem izvēlēto ēdienu skaitā un pasūtījuma summā. Tas skaidrojams ar piederības izjūtu grupai; diskusijas dod iespēju saprast kopējā labuma priekšrocības un veicina atbildības sajūtu. Tika pārbaudīts vai cilvēku ienākumi ietekmē viņa lēmumu veicamajā uzdevumā. Aprēķini uzrādīja, ka ienākumiem nav statistiski nozīmīga ietekme uz pasūtījuma veikšanu. Cilvēki nepārtraukti ir kādas grupas locekļi; iegūtie secinājumi atklāj- ar diskusijas palīdzību ir iespējams uzlabot cilvēku mijiedarbību, veicināt sadarbību, mazinot sāncensību un savas intereses aizstāt ar grupas interesēm, tā rezultātā gūstot labāko risinājumu visiem grupas dalībniekiem.

The goal of the bachelor paper – does the usage of discussion in the situation of social dilemma promote the level of cooperation in a group. The participants of the research are 36 2nd to 4th year pedagogy students from the University of Latvia, aged from 20 to 25 years. The hypothesis- in the group with discussion were ordered dishes and the bill is lesser than group without discussion .The research was performed as an experiment. The participants were accidentally divided into two groups where they fulfilled the social dilemma task. One group had to meet the decision after a discussion, the other – without a discussion. The experiment took place three times, every time with other participants (6 persons per group). Statistical estimation – Student estimation. After analyzing the results, a conclusion can be made that in the group with discussion-possibility the level of cooperation rises. The task of the experiment was to order from a menu on condition that the group members will pay equal amount of money. These group members who didn’t exchange opinions ordered more dishes and drinks, and their bill was remarkably higher than of that group where members discussed about the order. Conclusions were made by stating statistically significant differences between both groups’ arithmetical means in number of ordered dishes and the amount of the bill. This can be explained with feeling of group belonging; the inclusion of the discussion gives a chance to understand the advantages of common benefits; the discussion promotes the feeling of responsibility. It was verified if income influences the decision in particularly performed task. Estimations showed that income does not influence the order. People are members of some groups continuously; obtained estimations reveal that with the help of discussion it is possible to improve the people interaction, promote cooperation, lessen the competition and substitute own interests with interests of the group, thereby achieving the best solution for all group members.
