Uzslava kā mācību motivācijas veicinātāja jaunākā skolas vecuma bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Uzslava kā mācību motivācijas veicinātāja jaunākā skolas vecuma bērniem Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt jaunākā skolas vecuma bērnu mācību motivācijas vecināšanu ar efektīvas uzslavas palīdzību. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts tāds pozitīvas atgriezeniskās saites elements, kā uzslava, kas tika apskatīta kā jaunākā skolas vecuma bērnu mācību motivācijas veicinātāja. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā darba autore analizē uzslavas jēdzienu un jaunākā skolas vecumposma īpatnības saistībā ar mācību motivācijas specifiku, balstoties uz tādu autoru darbiem kā N. Geidžs , D. Berliners, M. Balsons, S. Omārova, J. Maļčika, W. Sears, G. Svence, A. Markova un E. Iļjins. Bakalaura darba praktiskajā daļā darba autore ir izveidojusi anketaptauju sākumskolas pedagogiem par efektīvas un neefektīvas uzslavas izmantošanu. Pētījumā tika apkopotas 20 sākumskolu pedagogu anketas. Pētījumu rezultātā, darba autore secina, ka sākumskolas pedagogi vairāk izvēlas uzslavu kā pozitīvas atgriezeniskās saites elementu jaunākā skolas vecuma bērnu mācību motivācijas veicināšanai. Lai veicinātu jaunākā vecuma bērnu mācību motivāciju, pēc sākumskolas pedagogu viedokļa, tie izmanto efektīvu uzslavu nevis neefektīvu uzslavu. The theme of the Bachelor paper:Praise as the facilitator of junior school age children’s motivation. The aim of the research: to investigate promotion of learning motivation for the youngest children of school age with the help of effective praise. In the Bachelor paper there have been researched such element of the positive feedback as praise, which has been considered as promoter of learning motivation for the youngest children of school age. In the theoretical part of the work the author has analyzed the conception of praise and peculiarities of the youngest school age in connection with the specificity of the learning motivation, depending on written works of such authors as N. Geidžs , D. Berliners, M. Balsons, S. Omārova, J. Maļčika, W. Sears, G. Svence, A. Markova and E. Iļjins. In the practical part of the work the author has worked out questionnaire for pedagogues of primary school about the use of effective and ineffective praise. In the research there were generalized 20 inquiry forms of primary school pedagogues. At the result of the research the author has concluded that pedagogues of primary school choose more praise as the element of the positive feedback for promotion of learning motivation for the youngest children of school age. By opinion of pedagogues they use more effective praise than ineffective so to promote learning motivation of the youngest children of school age.
