Skolēnu sadarbība grupā kā sociālo prasmju veicinātāja

Abstract

Mūsdienu sabiedrībā katrs cilvēks ir kādas lielas vai mazas grupas loceklis. Lai grupa sekmīgi sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus, cilvēkam ir nepieciešams sadarboties. Sadarbība ir pieredzes pārņemšanas forma, kas nav iedomājama bez saskarsmes- prasmes apmainīties ar savu viedokli, uzklausīt un pieņemt zināšanai citu viedokļus, pieņemt lēmumus, realizēt tos, novērtēt procesus un rezultātus. Sadarbībai nepieciešamās sociālās prasmes vajadzētu veidot jau sākumskolā. Skolēni sākumskolas vecumā neprot sadarboties. Jaunāko klašu skolēnu sadarbība ir īslaicīga, nenoturīga, tā galvenokārt veidojas rotaļu procesā un pašu rotaļu dēļ, tāpēc mācību procesā ir svarīgi vecināt savstarpējo sadarbību un veidot skolēniem nepieciešamās sociālās prasmes. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts, vai skolēnu savstarpējā sadarbība sākumskolā ietekmē sociālo prasmju attīstību. Pētījuma mērķis- izpētīt skolēnu savstarpējās sadarbības, izmantojot stundās grupu darbu, nozīmi sociālo prasmju veicināšanā. Pētījums sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, nobeiguma, 9 pielikumiem, literatūras saraksta ar 60 vienībām. Pētījuma laikā autore atbildēja uz jautājumu- vai skolēnu sadarbība grupu darba laikā veicina sociālo prasmju veidošanos. Atslēgvārdi- sociālās prasmes, sadarbība, grupu darbs, pedagoģiskais process sākumskolā.

In our society today every person belongs to a smaller or a larger group. It is necessary for each person to cooperate with others in order for the group to achieve its goals. Cooperation is a form of exchanging experience and it is unimaginable without communication – the ability to convey ones own opinion to others, to hear out and take into consideration the opinions of others, to make decisions and act on them, to evaluate the processes and results. The social skills that are necessary in our society should be developed in primary school. Pupils in primary school do not know how to cooperate. The cooperation of younger pupils is short, unsteady, it is generated in the process of playing and because of the games played, therefore it is important to encourage cooperation and to shape social skills necessary to pupils in the learning process. Bachelors theses studies if cooperation between pupils in primary school influences the development of social skills. The aim of this research is to study the significance of cooperation between pupils in the development of social skills using group work in lessons. The research consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, 9 appendices, bibliography with 60 entries. In the research the author answered the following question – does the cooperation of pupils during group work encourage the development of social skills.
