Grupu darbs pamatskolas angļu valodas stundās skolēnu starppersoniskās inteliģences attīstībai

Abstract

Šī diplomdarba nosaukums ir “grupu darba izmantošana pamatskolas angļu valodas stundās kā starppersoniskās spējas attīstīšanas veids” un tēma tika izvēlēta tās mūsdienu aktualitātes dēļ, par cik arvien biežāk un biežāk ir gadījumi, kad bērni sliecās būt patstāvīgi un līdz ar to, nesadarbojas ar citiem. Diplomdarba mērķis ir ar grupu darba palīdzību izpētīt veidus kā attīstīt skolēnos starppersonisko spēju. Atsevišķa gadījuma pētījums tika veikts vienā no Spānijas pamatskolām - C.E.I.P Maria Suarez Fiol. Tajā piedalījās divdesmit trīs sestās klases skolēni. Diplomdarba autore izplānoja un veica trīs uzdevumus, ar kuru palīdzību varētu tikt attīstīta starppersoniskā spēja. Viena anketa skolēniem tika dota ar mērķi uzzināt, kura no spējām ir visattīstītākā skolēnu vidū, kā arī uzzināt, kā tie mācās. Otra anketa tika dota, lai uzzinātu skolēnu vispārējās zināšanas un viedokli par grupu darbu, un vēl trīs anketas tika dotas pēc katra uzdevuma, lai izprastu skolēnu attieksmi un sajūtas grupu darba laikā. Aptauju dati atklāja, ka tikai sešiem no visas klases skolēniem ir labi attīstīta starppersoniskā spēja un ka, skolēnuprāt, grupās strādāt ir vieglāk. Lai gan tikai daži skolēni dod priekšroku mācīties kopā – grupā, šādu skolēnu skaitu vajadzētu palielināt. Bez šaubām, pastāv citas metodes un iespējas, kā starppersoniskās spējas attīstība varētu tikt veicināta, un tieši tāpēc diplomdarba autore atstāj tematu atvērtu tālākiem pētījumiem.

The title of this Diploma Paper is “Group work as a means of developing interpersonal intelligence in primary school English classes’’ and it was chosen of its topicality nowadays, as more often and often there are cases when young children tend to be independent and thus do not cooperate with others. The aim of the Diploma Paper is to research the possibilities of developing pupils’ interpersonal intelligence through group work. Case study was carried out in one of the primary schools in Spain - C.E.I.P Maria Suarez Fiol. The participants were twenty-three pupils of grade six of C.E.I.P Maria Suarez Fiol. The author of the Diploma Paper planned and carried out three activities with the help of which interpersonal intelligence could be developed. One questionnaire was carried out in order to find out what was the most developed intelligence amongst the pupils as well as to find out what kind of learners the pupils were, another questionnaire was carried out in order to find out pupil’s general knowledge and opinion about group work and three more questionnaires were carried out after each activity in order to understand the feelings of the pupils during particular group work. The data of the research showed that only six pupils from all the class have well-developed interpersonal intelligence and that pupils thought it was easier to work and learn in groups. Although only several pupils prefer learning together in a group, the number of cooperative learners should be increased. No doubt, there are other methods and ways how the development of interpersonal intelligence could be fostered, and that is why the author of the Diploma Paper remains the question open for further research.
